My family and I ran a large gathering of fiddle players in November at the Westford Regency, where we pretty much took over the convention center as well as many of the sleeping rooms. We were there from Friday morning through Sunday night. It was a real pleasure to work with Rhi and the sales staff as we planned the... More

We had a 2:30 reservation and was seated on time, I noticed the waitress was not very attentive and soon found out why 15% automatic tip, The food was good but not always kept filled. No one handling food wore gloves. We bused are own dirty plates. Nice set up but needs some work handling a large amount of people.

My wife and I are local to Westford and attended their Thanksgiving buffet dinner. I'm sorry to say that it was a disappointment. To begin with, they could not locate our reservation. After an anxious few minutes a manager came over and said she could accommodate us anyway. Once we were seated, a waiter came to our table and asked... More

I was at this hotel for a fiddle convention, and I think this place does well with what they have. Meeting areas were well laid out, but they are mostly separated from the guest rooms, which is a good thing when you have a few hundred musicians hanging around! I found staff to be open and helpful across the board,... More

Stayed here for work, evening desk clerk was on a personal call when I checked in, he stayed on the call including a personal conversation which is a bit rude. Hotel could use a remodel, still uses metal keys which is incomprehensible in 2014, especially in that high tech corridor right outside boston. Room was worn, plastic shade was falling... More

This is what I like to call a motel turned in upon itself, making it a hotel. In other words, the amenities are closer to a motel but there is no direct outside access to the rooms, giving it a hotel characteristic. Location is near 495 although you're about 40 miles outside Boston, making it too far for convenient backs... More

Recently stayed there for a conference and had no choice given the location and lack of rental car. Not a convenient location if you are not renting a car if arriving in Boston first. Property looks nice upon drive up. Front desk staff wasn't very knowledgable or helpful when trying to book transport back to Boston - I basically had... More

Frankly the hotel is called as "The Shining" by colleagues at my company. Thats primarily because of the vintage looks, hallways, etc. But the real shining part of the hotel is the fitness center. There are plenty of treadmills and ellipticals. There is a rowing machine as well. There are regular classes like bootcamp, spinning, yoga, and others. In addition,... More

We stayed here for four nights while attending a wedding. The hotel gives you a good rate and a nice clean large room. The bed was wonderful. WIFI was easy to access with no code needed and was free. We ate breakfast and had omelettes made-to-order each day at a cost of $12 per breakfast, which is really good for... More

We stayed for two nights. Our room was ok but there was a stain on the couch and the drawer on the desk was broken. Wifi is free, which does not happen often. Towels are very thin. Sheets were clean and king bed was comfortable. The reception desk took a while to check in multiple people at a time. It... More
