I heard some good things --but have to be honest I wasn't real happy with my stay. Room wasn't bad ---had a strange smell in the hallway. I felt the bed should have been more comfortable. We loved the pool ---gym was okay --no windows felt like a dungeon. Fitness Manager I talked to was a little pushy ---felt like... More

The Westford Experience was fabulous. My daughter was married on 8/31/14 and the hotel served as a base of operations. Trish Donovan set the tone for the weekend and left nothing to chance. She set up rooms and a breakfast for my guest the following morning, All the guests commented on how lovely everything was and the great service provided... More

I've stayed here on two separate trips, both for 3 nights each time. Although the hotel is dated and aging, it is still relatively well-maintained, and is the best place to stay in the area due to its proximity to restaurants. However, I arrived late at night (around 11 pm without dinner due to a flight delay), and there was... More

As the Mother of the groom, I had to plan the Rehearsal Dinner for my Son's wedding. The wedding was in Groton, MA so we decided to do the Rehearsal Dinner at the Westford Regency where we all were staying for the weekend. Mary Stockwell, in Sales with the Regency, was extremely helpful with planning the event. I welcomed her... More

Stayed her on business in August. The room was very comfortable. Refrigerator in room. Bathroom very clean. The foyer was very impressive with a huge chandelier and beautiful Victorian furniture and wall hangings. It had an Olympic sized pool which was very inviting. There was a pub on premises. A beautiful outside patio area to sit and enjoy the evening.

We stayed at the "W" Hotel in Boston our first few nights in MA. With that said, I must admit, the Westford Regency was probably setup for a disappointment for us. The rooms were small and dark. The carpet was worn and in need of a deep cleaning. Better still, it should be replaced. In general, the room was outdated... More

There is nothing terribly wrong with this hotel, but it would really benefit from some remodeling. Some of the rooms on the ground floor can be a little damp. The air conditioners are a bit noisy. The hotel hasn't upgraded the locks on the guest rooms in what seems like the last 20 years. The internet connection can be spotty... More

This hotel was outstanding. The atmosphere was great. What we really enjoyed was the staff at the lounge. Jessica was terrific, she was so friendly and pleasant. She really went totally out of her way to make us feel right at home. We will be back for sure, and will recommend this hotel to all our friends.

I would just like to mention when travelling down to Portsmouth in August make sure you have reservations for a hotel because we drove around for hours finally one hotel phoned the other and we did get a hotel at about three in the morning...What a welcome sight to walk into the Lobby of the Westford, the marble just sparkling...
