If you have difficulty finding this Quality Inn on the internet, it was formerly an Econo Lodge. Stayed here December 2014. Great rates, location, very nice staff, truck parking was at Wendy's Restaurant which was not far at all from the motel. My room and bathroom, both very clean. Clean being a big deal to me. Everything worked great -... More

Don't book here. This use to be a Howard Johnson Motel. I had lived in Westfield, Mass. for almost 18 years and still visit on occasions. Everything that was said about scratchy towels, hair in the shower and on the bed, musty odor, dust about one half inch thick, a continental breakfast that I wouldn't allow my worst enemy invite... I checked into this Econolodge with my 7 year old son. The room was okay - a bit dated and small, very old fashioned decor. Hard mattress, thin and scratchy towels, everything you would expect from a budget hotel. The breakfast consists of stale pastries and a coffee machine. Luckily there is a Friendly's right across the street, which actually... More

Stayed here for one night and had Nothing to complain about. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and attentive. The hotel rooms were very secure (you need your room key to even get into the building even during day hours.) Rooms were spacious, extremely clean and importantly very quiet even with guests in rooms all around me.... More

I had read some middle of the road reviews before I stayed here. We only needed a place for one night so I booked nonetheless as it suited our needs. I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was really nice. We had three rooms and all were cleaned and well maintained. We will definitely stay here again when catching the BSO... More

You get what you pay for, and if you're at a budget-motel don't expect to get much. My room was clean, we had a fridge, there was somewhat of a breakfast, and they allow pets so I could not complain. If you want a fancy place to stay, don't go to the "Econo" Lodge. I would however ask for an... More

I stayed at this hotel while visiting friends in Westfield, even though the hotel is next to the highway and a busy road I found it to be very quiet. I entered the room and found it to be very clean and fresh smelling. The next morning I went to the lobby which reminded me of a lodge to have... More

I would never, ever stay here again. I know this sounds really extreme, and you might ask, it probably wasn't that bad since I stayed the night there anyway. I have pictures to prove the disgust I felt. Pictures of hair on the bed, which I cleaned off myself, hair in the bath tub, on the bathroom floor, in the... More

I chose this hotel because of its price and location, and didn't check online reviews first. When I arrived, a creepy guy was propositioning the woman behind the counter ("If the TV doesn't work, can I get you to come and entertain me?"), though she was having none of it. The office is worn and feels like a motel from... More
