I had bedbugs in Room #8. After two nights, I was eaten up. I am home after two nights and I am covered in welts on my hands and head and have bites on my arms and legs. These things happen to even AAA hotels but be advised. I told one of the proprieters in the morning -- even showed... More

Waste of money, strong order of mold and mildew. Moved to a second room that room #14 was not as bad as the first room. #2. Woke up with itchy watery eyes, and difficulty breathing. When I mentioned it to the owner, he said this is a two star motel what do you want for $75.00. I told him, "... More

We were treated so awful at this motel. The day we checked out we got a call from the motel to call them back. So I did and he accused us of "spilling juice all over the floor." When in reality the refrigerator was leaking water all over the rug. Instead of complaining about that, we decided to be easy... More

Needed a quick place to sleep with my family. After reading the reviews I figured it was fine for a short term stay, my main concern was cleanliness and every review states the rooms are clean. The room was clean. The check in was fast and the people were friendly. The motel is in desperate need of renovation. The bed... More

I wanted to stay near the Berkshires. I didn't want to pay a lot. There were no other options but this small and old motel in Westfield. I had my doubts. But the price was right. It turned out to be a hidden gem. True, it's old -- without the shine of the typical modern chain that I tend to... More

This was the least expensive place I could find. Strange in the south a room can be $30 but up here its double that. Oh well. I came to Westfield to visit my mothers grave and grandparents grave. I remembered staying at Elm Motel when my grandfather was passing away. The rooms were very clean. The bed was comfortable. Internet... More

We stayed here overnight to break a trip between Hartford, Conn, and Toronto, Ontario. The motel is close to the highway by the way the crow flies, although to actually access the highway you ahve to drive a bit along a country road. It is a nice drive through little towns and so on, but don't expect to have immediate... More

I stayed here for 10 hours on the way to see my son on visiting day. It was about as inexpensive as one could hope to stay for anywhere near the Berkshire in the summer. The bed was comfortable; the people were nice, and the TV worked well with plenty of stations. The WiFi was just fair - sometimes it... More
