Made same day reservation with Hotels.com and when we arrived the gentleman at the counter said we didn't have a reservation. We showed him our reservation number and he said 'oh yeah, we received that from hotels.com and cancelled it because we haven't any rooms'. then he told me to check my email. sure as sh#t, there was a cancellation.... This was our first stay at the Inn. It is an old place being brought up to date. The room (12) was comfortable and clean. The bed slept nicely. If the rates stay reasonable we will be back. The only downside was that the parking lot was tight when the Inn was full.

Stayed for two nights and absolutely love it, will stay again. Only 30 minutes to Logan Airport. Great staff very friendly and willing to help. I was always very late returning but parking was always available. Great continental breakfast always full fruit basket at the lobby. Very clean room. The most important for me was the quietness because I'm light... More

I stayed here overnight while attending a seminar in a nearby town, and was pleased with the accommodations. The room was clean and quiet, the bed comfortable and the bathroom well equipped with everything one would expect from an inn in this category. The public spaces are delightful and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet offers everything one could want when... More

Close to Route 9 and the Mass Pike about 35 min drive to Boston with no traffic. Staff is extremely attentive, friendly and go above and beyond to please the guest. Great room rates. It's a 3 story walk up a little dated but has all the modern conveniences one could want. Free breakfast is included, laundry facilities are nice... More

My wife and I checked in here after staying one night and checking out of one of the motels on route 9 in Shrewsbury.(It was a very bad experience). This inn (which is more like a small hotel than a bed and breakfast) was charming, quiet, clean, in a quiet residential neighborhood in the historic town of Westborough. The price was very... More

We stayed two nights at this lovely old Inn in January 2014. The weather outside was frightfully but inside was cozy and warm. The decor in the room we occupied was pretty dated and they need to remove some of the chairs because there just isn't enough room to move, but the bed was clean and very comfortable. Again, the... It's an inn, not a hotel, so just be clear about that, and don't expect hotel services and convenience. Given that, this is a great place. You serve yourself breakfast in the basement (not exciting, but OK), and if the coffee hasn't been brewed yet, then just go upstairs and beep for the owner, who will promptly make some more.... More

This property is fantastic. We enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable and the owners are very nice. It is located downtown so it is easy to walk to various businesses. Had a wonderful time. Would stay there again.

The Westborough Inn is a cross between a B and B and a hotel. With 25 rooms, it is bigger than most B and B. Breakfast is in a basement living room/kitchen/dining area. Self serve bread, cereal, hard boiled eggs, coffee/tea, but no hot food. You can watch movies in the living room area. Online reservations may quote a price... More

Thank you for the review. It is important for us to know how many guests will be arriving for each room reserved so we can have the room and breakfast arranged accordingly. When guests arrive with more in the party than on the reservation we accommodate them the best we can and also add $10 for each additional unexpected guest.... More
