I usually bring Lysol with me to motel rooms. I started using the wipes and found nothing. The place was clean! The owners were helpful and kind. It did not feel like we were on the 28, it was calm. The grassy area with play structure was wonderful. Very pretty view of the water and the wild birds. It was... More

We enjoyed our stay. The location is great, close to a lot of things. Very good for a family - clean, reasonable, and an indoor pool. The staff was very nice. Yes, the hotel was old, but the cleanliness, location and convenience all made up for that. We would most certainly go back!

This hotel was probably amazing....when it was built....back in the 80's. It's really needs a renovation, the bed was horribly uncomfortable, the TV sucked, and you need a key to get into the building and another key for your room, its horribly inconvenient when you move in or out and completely unnecessary (they say its for the pool but the... Rooms are always clean, staff is nice. Property is maintained and nice. Nice family place. Nice breakfast restaurant on site; good food, nice staff, and very affordable. Go ahead and pay the extra $10 for the rooms on the quieter ocean side. It's not a beach, but has really nice peaceful views, especially in the morning and at sunset (they... More

Its what you expect when you go to the cape great location and nice restaurants in the area. Hotels in cape are a little old but comfortable. The food in the area is great esp Capt. Parkers restaurant just 2 miles away and a great sports bar just a mile away.

We checked in and went to our room in the motel section of the Inn and the room smelled a little musty; I thought because the room may have not been used for a while. I sprayed Lysol on the door knobs and in the bathroom (I always do this after checking into a hotel). I then sprayed the air... More

I booked this hotel last minute for the labor day weekend. I was hoping to stay in Hyannis, but had to settle for West Yarmouth, the next town over. Tidewater Inn was very reasonably priced, clean and perfect for us. They had an indoor and outdoor pool as well as some other games. Unfortunately, we were off doing other things... More

We have stayed at the Tidewater Inn twice in two months and had a very good experience both times. I find the place to be well maintained and very clean throughout which isn't the case in many of the similar properties in the area. Unfortunately they had already drained the outdoor pool during our most recent stay, but we did... More

The positive: very friendly at check in, good location, reasonable price, picnic area, playground for the kids, indoor pool, chair provided so you could sit outside & fridge in room. The not so positive: There was no paper pad pen provided in the room, no hair conditioner, hard to make a lefthand turn when exiting property due to high volume... More

All and all great value hotel and good location. They did charge $10 a night for my toddlers pak n play that they provided, although they didn't mention the charge over the phone when we asked about a pak n play, and I would've brought my own had I known about the charge.... But ithwise great place. Very outdated and... More

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I do apologize that my staff did not tell you about the fee. We do charge $10 per night for cots and pac n plays and you should have been given this information. We would love to have you back when you return to the Cape. More
