Our room was beyond awful. It absolutely reeked of pine-sol. Who in their right mind cleans with pine-sol anymore?? Walking into the room gave my niece an instant headache. In addition, the staff (with the exception perhaps of the manager) was rude, arrogant, supercilious, and generally unhelpful. And try getting a refund credited to you when you decide not to... More

This "Place" should never be on a senior bus trip itinerary. It's not conducive to seniors assigned to the units on the second floor!! No elevators and the wooden staircase outside has a wide handrail that cannot be gripped for an adequate safe hold. We were in a second floor room with a king sized bed and they had full... More

This place is not only dirty and out dated, it is very uncomfortable too. I would never stay here again, infact we checked out the next morning and lost the second night stay money. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money somewhere else! The matresses felt like they were from the original opening date.

I have seen the inside of housing projects look better than the inside of the room i stayed in.Just got back, stayed here thursday thru sunday with my mother and sister. We booked here after just about every hotel on the cape had no vacancy. I am not a very picky person when it comes to hotels, i really only... More

We have been coming to the Cape for twenty years. We usually stay in Hyannis, but we booked late this year. We stayed at the Town & Country because it was opened. I read the reviews after I booked, and was wondering if we made the right choice. Keeping things in perspective, I am convinced most problems that reviewers had... More

We were there from August 13 to 17 2008. The beds we extremely comfortable and the air conditionning was very cold. We had a mini fridge with a tiny freezer (good for 4 ice packs). Tv was working fine. The grounds and pools were impeccable. There was a BBQ area in the shade which was nice. The location is very... More

We spent 4 nights in this Motel. We had 2 rooms. The rooms need a bit of renovation. The rooms and especially the bathrooms were not clean. We had to request towels every morning for 4 days as there were none provided. The (so called "clean") towels provided were dirty. We do not recommend this motel.

First, we booked a cheaper rate through Expedia than the discounted rate they offered on their own web-site. On arrival we were given a horrible, very musty smelling room at the back that was totally unacceptable. Thankfully they were not fully booked and moved us to a much better, renovated room. A word to the wise for all of us... More

This hotel was average. In a good spot, on main st in Yarmouth. Close to many beaches and next door to a 7 eleven. There was a bit of a weird smell in the room but it was clean enough and the bed was very comfortable. Did not use either the indoor or outdoor pool but they looked clean. Strangely... More

II’m a senior citizen in a social club that loves to travel. We organized a trip thru a travel agent and was looking forward to having an enjoyable stay while on the Cape. On this trip we had over 30 people traveling with us. When the bus drove up to the Town N Country Lodge, we were embarrassed. If we... More
