Last time we visited for Memorial Day weekend, we found the rooms & facilities much better cared for & especially, the rooms, much cleaner and fresher than previous years. The staff was helpful, friendly, & very accommodating to our last minute plans on a holiday weekend. The price, for location was also great.

Took my family for the weekend. And didn't like the experience there .... The rooms were not very clean, and smelled bad.... There were not enough towels and pillows....and people were not very friendly .... The pool area was not very clean.... The location was great, but certainly needs a lot of improvement ....

I am a regular visitor to this hotel. It has great swimming; fine big rooms; super location and a great staff! Jeff (mgr) along with his staff led by Omar and Dennis couldn't be any nicer. The price is right in West Yarmouth when you're on a budget and decide to stay at this older property. The property is well-maintained, with lots of water pressure, and great ice machines! Four night stay in mid September; third time I've stayed here, but it will be the last. Room had a slightly musty odor. Door locks very flimsy...could be easily opened without key...didn't feel secure. Very noisy neighbors next door; loud TV, fighting, swearing, banging into wall, kicking door. This could be a very nice place to stay, if they would just update it a little. The beds are terrible and a few little amenities would add a lot (shampoo, hair dryer). The towels were pretty worn, too. It's a lovely property, in a great location and we'd stay there again, but would really like to see some improvements.

A very well managed large motel in the heart of Cape Cod. Extremely clean, basic rooms with lots of towels! I enjoy the friendly, customer oriented staff-not just at the front desk, but the repair people, housekeepers as well. Just a grand little place to relax and see the Cape. Will definitely return.

Great value for the money! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the amenities are excellent, and the location was fun. We enjoyed the pool, swingset,and barbecue area. Sure, it's a cheap hotel, so the rooms are basic. But they were large and clean - there was nothing wrong with them. We would definitely stay there again.
