I called the Yarmouth Resort and spoke with a very friendly, knowledgeable woman with an Irish accent, Catherine. She gave me an excellent description of the accommodations and offered me several rooms for our consideration. Upon arrival we were greeted by Debbie and Catherine both of whom immediately made us feel right at home. The room was clean, quiet and... More

First night here, a crew of immature middle age men here for a golf tournament were in the halls intoxicated making idiots of themselves. Kept my Husband & I up until 3 AM. The next day I complained to the front desk, she said she was running around the hallways telling them to be quiet all night! On our last... More

I would definitely not call this a "resort." It is more like a motel. The rooms were not well cleaned, beds were extremely uncomfortable, and it was very noisy. The place could certainly use an upgrade- new sheets and blankets would be a good start. We did not sleep well here this past weekend.

If you were looking for a hotel resort experience I can understand that you potentially would be disappointed with your visit at the Yarmouth Resort. Our Hotel has a variety of styles and configurations of guest rooms. We are operating as a condo hotel in the central business area about a half mile from the beaches yet close to many... More

The place is very old and run down. The beds were the worst I have ever slept in. It is not a resort by any means. I can say that it was pretty quiet and inexpensive. We had a nice visit to the Cape but I would not recommend this place.

We appreciate your opinion of the facility based on your short visit in April. As you have seen the Yarmouth resort is centrally located on route 28 in The heart of Yarmouth. As a seasonal area most of the hotel/motel choices are of what could be called "old fashioned" we prefer classic. In the area, Yarmouth Resort would be considered... More

The best thing about this resort, is that they let you bring your pets. Well that's not the best thing but that's a pretty good thing. They have a nice indoor pool. And it's in a pretty good location. It's not super fancy but it gives you a decent place to sleep at night with a very reasonable price. I'll... More

Always stay at the Yarmouth Resort, its super clean, its affordable, nice pool, we love the yarmouth house restaurant next door! Staff are so friendly. Will be back again this summer. Its a sister hotel to the irish village which we always visit, have good music there and great food also.

We were looking for an off season Cape Cod place that was reasonably priced and where we could bring our Australian Cattle Dog and we found a gem! Having our dog's name on the welcome board and providing a bag of treats was a very nice touch. The rooms are nice, homey and not cookie-cutter. Staff was excellent. Head's up.... More

Family suite was immaculate / perfect size even a little table for our grandaughter. Employees welcoming/ helpful. Only issue was they had hosted a kids party on first full day there - pool was packed with young kids. Couldn't go in until after 7pm. We would have planned our day differently had we been advised. Completely understand that this type... More

We appreciate your thoughtful remarks regarding your recent visit. We are glad that you enjoyed the boutique style room. I agree that we should have done a better job informing all of our guests about events in the hotel. We will take care of that. More

We stayed at the Yarmouth Resort recently for my son's sports tournament and had a wonderful time. The hotel was very accommodating for our team and was easy to work with when booking rooms and requesting party room space. The rooms were pleasant and the pool and hot tub were huge! There is also a little arcade on site which... More

As you know we hosted a lot of families during the recent tournament. It was pleasure to see how well the Mid Cape accommodations worked for everyone. It is alway nice to be prepared as we were and how respectful everyone was especially given the amount of participants. We look forward to your return. it has been indicated to me... More

Went hear this March for a basketball tournament and the staff was extremely nice. The pool is great and the doors leading from every room to the parking lots are extremely handy. There are lots of nice vending machines and the fitness room is nice. There are several restaurants and many shops nearby. Great stay :) We would definitely go... More
