when we got to the hotel..we found out our room was booked for the next day. so what they did is move us into the executave suite. all though the room had a king bed and two pull out couches and one tv it was still a nice stay. and the pool was about to close for about a week... more

Unfortunatley we cannot recall this specific instance. We do try to hire professional staff for the season but it can get very busy mid summer and occasionally the new employees can get overwhelmed. If anyone has any sort of problem we encourage our guests to speak to the manager. Especially if the room you were given was not the room...
