We were supposed to stay a full weekend at the Mariner Motor Lodge and checked out after the first night. I have stayed at 3 star resorts in Mexico, and the carribean. I am not a hard traveler to please, I also stayed at the Mariner 20 years ago under different ownership when the place was good, those days are... More

Clean rooms - pleasant staff - highly recommend. Coffee available 24 hrs - nice pool area - seating outside also to have your morning coffee - conveniently located near shops & restaurants. Free mini putt-small course. Lots of pamphlets & brochures to help you explore the area

We give this hotel thumbs down. It was one of the crummiest hotels we have stayed in for many moons. Beds were uncomfortable and sheets mismatched. Towels were thin and skimpy, and actually stained in places. Room was dark and dank with poor lighting. Tiles were loose, paint was peeling, carpet looked dirty and unkempt. Even the small refrigerator provided... More

Needs updating, box TV with no remote. Wifi was very spotty in our room and even lge data didn't work. Clean but dated rooms and very hard pillows. Great location, convenient to route 6. Didn't partake in the breakfast so can't comment on the muffins.

Friendly heads up to anyone that considers staying at the Mariner Motor Lodge: DON'T DO IT. The hotel is run by THIEVES and liars. My girlfriend and I visited Cape Cod for a few days in July and decided to stay at the Mariner Motor Lodge, since it seemed like value for money. We still regret this very much today.... More

I stayed here with my husband and three young children and had a great time! It was quiet and the people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. They offer discounted parking passes for smugglers and seagull beaches and coupons for local restaurants. After trying Seagull beach (it's the closest beach to the hotel) and finding it filled with... More

We have continually stayed at the Mariner every summer for the past 10 years. We knew the owner, head housekeeper and maintenance crew. This year, however, everything changed. The hotel has been sold to an India conglomerate and the original desk staff and hotel staff, including the maintenance manager who saw to it that the pools and grounds were immaculately... More

It was a ok room but the beds are so hard and squeaky. I did like the long pool hours and adult time swim. It's location is great for walking around and finding things to do near by. It's was a last minute booking for a family of 4 and the kids could swim unsupervised (15 and 12) which was... More

I don't care what the previous reviews have to say but this place was awful. Checkin in was as if the housekeeper working the front!!! Opening the door to the room we got a good whif of musty smell. Even after spraying the entire room with lysol AND Fabreze!!! The rug was tacky & my feet were dirty! There was... More

We recently stayed here and were pleasantly surprised what a nice motel for the price. Again I am not comparing to 4 or 5 star hotels, but the rooms we clean and nice size. Good grounds that seemed well kept. An inside and outside pool that again both seemed well cared for. Just an overall good value for the price... More
