My wife and I stayed at the Mariner Motor Lodge from 9/10-9/14/2014. First let me say this lodge is not brand new and does not have the latest in furniture. If you are looking for this type of place head for the Ritz and bring your bank account with you. The Mariner is centrally located in West Yarmouth, the center... More

I have been to numerous hotels on Cape Cod and sailed the area on 39' sailboats. Sailboats can be viewed as cramped and alot of work, or as fun. Much depends on your individual preferences. When staying on land, I stay at the Mariner Motor Lodge instead of the three Red Jacket offerings, the Chatham Bars Inn, Cape Codder, or... More

OK, this isn't a 5 Star property. We found this in an online search and stayed here on Sunday night during the Labor Day weekend. The rates were low and we tried it. Room was fine, TV worked and the shower was hot. No problems. Large picnic area outside, large outdoor pool and very close to area attractions. In the... More

Room was clean, 2nd floor was quiet. Wi-fi poor, had to use cell phone hot spot. No breakfast, muffins & coffee only. Reasonably priced. Beds were double only, not queen. Overall was OK for a middle of the road motel.

I chose this hotel after researching this site. I read so many positive reviews and the ones that didn't rate it well really didn't concern me. The most important thing to me is the hotel room is clean. This is not what we experienced. First off, we (my elderly mother & I) arrived at the hotel later than we wanted... More

The motor lodge has seen it's better days. The pool is nice and the indoor pool is very nice. The rooms are clean but definitely well used. Every floor from the stairs to the room floor creaked every time you took a step. Most interesting effect. Can't say we would recommend it. Clean and adequate.

Rooms were clean, staff was super friendly. We came right after labor day so there were no screaming children running around and it wasn't super crowded. The only thing I would fix is better lighting for the indoor pool and new beds. We didn't sleep too well the first night on the old spring mattresses and the pillows needed to... More

I found this gem on a travel site and read some of the reviews. My experience was just the opposite of the bad reviews I read. The front desk clerk was helpful and friendly. My room was spotless. Believe me....I look. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom spotless. Sure, it's an older property but it is kept up nicely. An indoor pool,... More

This was our second stay at the Mariners and I was very pleased. The rooms are spotlessly maintained and well cleaned daily. There are two pools, both indoor and outdoor as well as a jacuzzi and mini golf. My kids took advantage of all of them and I felt comfortable allowing them to run around by themselves. There is a... We were only going to stay 2 nights and ended up staying 3 because the place was so fabulous! It started out with great staff at the hotel to greet us and we got an incredible room. The room was very clean the maid cleaned it beautifully everyday! There is also a sliding glass door that goes out to the... More
