I never stayed at a hotel for such a short time and was treated so rudely. Made reservation for my husband's birthday and requested an early checkin. Was told no problem. Called day of arrival and was laughed at and said couldn't guarantee the room would be ready. We killed time at the mall and checked in after 3 pm.... More

The staff at Cape Point Hotel went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. I attended a conference at Cape Point in February, and it was the perfect place. The room was very comfortable, the food and service was fantastic, and the conference room was perfect for our training.

Thank you Michael, for your comments about your conference you attended. The Cape Point usually caters to one group at a time. This gives us the ability to concertrate on that group. The staff 's concerns were with your conference only. We work very hard to have excellent service and good food. The up side for the hotel is we meet... More

Stayed there September 2014, and was very good. Great location, dunkin doughnuts next door. Seagull beach was great, and the indoor pool was relaxing. Beds not the most comfy, however not a deal breaker.

Thank you Ed for your review. It was nice to hear that you enjoyed what the hotel has to offer. The Cape is a nice place to relax and visit in the winter. You and your wife are young at heart. The typical senior citizen prefers to be here when the are no children in the hotel. More

My wife and I are senior citizens and were looking for a get-a-way weekend. We found the room to be very comfortable and the staff was amazingly friendly. We enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool. We had breakfast and enjoyed the food almost as much as the people who served us. We would recommend this hotel to people who... More

we've been coming to this hotel for 20 years! Great family hotel. For school vacations its a nice get away. Plenty of kids activities and even an ice cream social... Pool is always fun and clean! Bar is open at night but would benefit from opening earlier in the day! Rooms are plenty big enough. We had a Deluxe room... More

I use to go here 25 years ago. I recently returned and nothing has changed. I do not think they have put a dime into it. The pool is good but the walls and ceiling needs a face lift. The sauna was disgusting. The rooms have the original carpet and the comforters are gross. While we were leaving the maid... More

Not a luxury resort, but a a decent place to stay. The staff was polite, helpful, and pleasant. The breakfast was excellent! The pool area is a large enough space for multiple tables and lounge chairs providing a great area for friends and family to spend relaxing time. It also has a well-equiped exercise room.

I want to tell you that the football weekend was a truly great experience. The food and staff couldn't do enough for our group of friends. The rooms were as clean and well maintained as anyone would want. We would go again next year if all is the same.We would like to try a summer type weekend if it's available.

Wild card weekend was a big hit. Steve the general manager was the one who came up with the idea . He has made it better each year. The bottom line is, the people who participate in the event made it a sucessful weekend When the Pats win it, the icing ison the cake. See you next year. More
