Stayed here for a buddies golf trip. First time back to this area of the Cape in years, and we always stayed here. It's not luxury, but among typical Cape Cod Motels it stands out. Clean, comfortable and easy to get to many of the mid-cape golf courses. Nice indoor pool and jacuzzi.Breakfast Cafe is very good. Would return. The... More

After going to the Cape Point Hotel for 20 years and giving our married children gift certificates so that they could stay there and bringing along friends so that they could enjoy the hotel as we had. I would think they would consider us good customers. This past weekend we experienced terrible situation. Our adjoining rooms were infested with what... More

We stayed at the Cape Point for two nights while were in the area to attend a wedding. The staff was fairly friendly, however the accommodations themselves were not ideal. The first thing we noticed was a stain on the bedding in our room. My husband went to ask the front desk if we could get new bedding while we... More

We investigate every review to see what we have to do to improve our customer service. The employees, who talked to you, said they would not say that to customer.Trust me the GM laid down the law The truth of the matter, the bedspread should be replaced if it was stained. I understand why you were mad and I apoligize.However,... More

This is the first time we have stayed at the Cape Point a sister hotel of the Mariner. We were pleasantly surprised with the amenities of the hotel. A nice pool with a lounge over head and a café for breakfast. No need to go anywhere else on a rainy day. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff... More

If you're coming to the Cape and looking for luxury accommodations, you're probably going to want to pass this place by. However, if you're just looking for a place to lay your head in between beach fun and activities, then this place will do. Cape Point is an older hotel. We got a double queen room when we came to... The Internet was very spotty and front desk was less tha helpful, they appeared to be more interested in what was on their computers than helping guests. The breakfast was very good asude from slow... More

Nice rooms with well planned space and good bath vanity area. Refrigerator in room but no microwave or coffee pot. Coffee was available 24/7 in the lobby where there is a beautiful big Koi pond with a waterfall. There is a really nice, large, indoor pool and a great hot tub. There is no breakfast included with room but there... More

I stayed here 4 nights as part of a bus tour of the Cape--so I didn't book the room. Hotel staff were great. The facility could use some updating, however. The fitness room is dingy with no towels, clock, and little equipment. The rooms are basic at best (at least have a refrig but no coffee maker in the room).... More

Well it is nice that northeast people treat southerners with southern hospitality I think you were expecting a fitness club, The Cape Point is a 116 room hotel. The fitness room is free and has a treadmill, stairmaster, rowing machine, a bike and two elliptical machines. There is also a 7 station workout machine. We have a water cooler and tv... More

We recently had a 3 night stay at this hotel during an organized trip. I had the mistaken impression that we would be near the water since we were staying on the cape. Nope!! Silly me!! This hotel is not near the water and doesn't really seem to be near anything. I also thought it would have some shops around... More

The group you came with have stayed at the Point for at least 5 years. In fairness to the hotel you seemed to be more disappointed about Cape Cod than the hotel. Once again, you should have asked the front desk, is the shopping near and where is the ocean. They would have told you, that there is a small... More

i appreciate your comments about our beds and pilows. I know I am full of excuses, but we had very few complants about our wi fi this summer. It appears you went on our neighbors wi fi, The motel next to us has an unsecured site You would be albe to get on the internet but because the signal is... More
