The West Springfield (Ma) Hampton Inn is an Excell- ent place to lodge if in this area. The locationwith regard to area attractions or businesses,the quiet of the rooms, nearness to transportation are all tops. The staff of the place is extremely friendly and courteous,and the amenities are all of a highly commendable level.

Hotel was clean with a nice pool and fitness room. Breakfast room was sunny and the staff was helpfull and friendly. Close to the highway and alot of shopping. This is a good stop off place on your way to or from points north.

Gooe place to stay, just had a make over, too bad Hilton went nuts and made lobby feel cramped. Worse is that some cheap manager or owner has began to remove te vending machines so you have to buy in the "sweet shoppe," at a 75 cen to dollar increase.
