I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this lovely motel. This was the BEST place we stayed on our vacation. Pam and Steve are upstanding people of faith, who go so beyond the norm to make their guests have a wonderful time. My husband and I have stayed at the Four Seasons and were never treated as well as we were by Pam... More

Our second trip to the Cape this year, and our 7th stay at A Beach Breeze Inn. We are never disappointed! Pam and Steve are always welcoming and friendly; the room is always comfortable and spotless! We would not stay anywhere else; A Beach Breeze Inn is centrally located and has everything we need! Cannot wait to go back!

I had researched motels on the web and noticed the motel was central to everything. We checked in and as it looked like rain, Steve brought us a tarp to cover our bikes. We had planned on riding the trails in the area. Both Pam and Steve were perfect host/hostess and full of knowledge of the Cape. Every morning Pam... More

We booked a two night stay here based on the glowing reviews on Trip Advisor. We were not dissapointed. Everything was perfect. The room was spotless and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. We kept the windows open at night and the temperature was perfect for sleeping. When we left my wife said she wanted to take the room with us,... More

Stayed here for seven nights on recommendations from friends. We were so pleased with the accommodations for a longer stay. The motel does not have that many units so it does not seem so busy, however they all appeared to be booked. Room had two queens and table and chairs, mini fridge and microwave, very nice and roomy for the... More

The owners, Steve and Pam, are so warm and welcoming and helpful. There was coffee and fresh muffins and pumpkin bread in the morning. The room was clean and spacious and everything worked very well. I didn't use the pool, but it looked very welcoming for those not interested in ocean swimming. Though ultimately headed for Nausett Light Beach, I... More

My husband and I had an opportunity to go to Cape Cod at the last minute. We had 10 days in which to find a room. Luckily, A Beach Breeze Inn had a vacancy with a king size bed, the price was not outrageous and the Inn is close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. We were skeptical, but there... More

We love the cleanliness of the room and its space! It has a fireplace, air conditioning, tv, and fridge. There is an outdoor pool. It's centrally located and across from a mini-golf course (though we didn't have time to play there). The owners- Steve and Pam- are really really friendly, down-to-earth-willing-to-chat kind of people and offer suggestions on what to... More

First of all, the owners of this small motel were absolutely lovely. Pam and Steve were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. There really were delicious, fresh home baked muffins and sweet breads each morning. Second of all, the room and bathroom were impeccably clean. Really, that is the most important thing to me. The location in West Harwich turned out to... More

Innkeepers were AMAZING - kind, hospitable, conversational (but not intrusive), made dinner res for us. Dinner rec was great. They also were very knowledgeable about providing directions & info for points of interest throughout Cape - their personal experiences, not just from a tourist map or guidebook. They provided a nice continental breakfast as well. Motel was quaint, VERY clean,... More
