I booked a year in advance for my college reunion, and followed up with an email confirming my reservation in March. This led to an exchange of emails with the proprietor, Margot --, and several redundant phone conversations about my room needs, arrival time and schedule. The last two conversations took place less than a week before my arrival, so... More

Guest changed requests for guest rooms several times since her first reservation. Only the Honeymoon Romantic Room has an ensuite bath which was asked for initially, followed by 2 change orders in March of 2011, first requesting a room with 2 beds, then a smaller room would be fine. The first change request resulted in renting out the only room... More

We loved this place. My family came to stay for my Babson graduation in May for a week. Margot the owner is very flexible and always willing to accomodate her customers. She was very understanding in terms of my father, who is an older man, and needs more personalized care. She even offered to give him rides to nearby stores... More

This B & B has a wonderfully warm and friendly atmosphere with all services available. The owner is extremely accommodating, and we found the location to be perfect (within walking distance of restaurants and stores, yet quiet and green). Easy access from Routes 9 and 16. Very clean, and with a creative way to serve a complete and satisfying breakfast.... More

I'll start by saying we travel a lot and I don't complain often. I'll start by saying the innkeeper seemed very pleasant over the phone. We arrived at 3:45 to check in; we were told our room would be extra large and had it's own entrance. It sounded great. When we arrived, the innkeeper answered the door and asked, "Can't... More

The husband and wife from Albany NY both posted on this site – here is what happened: This room was not ready because it was NEVER confirmed. The guest was reminded a week prior to her requested check-in date that her check and gift certificate had not arrived and there was NO CONFIRMED reservation. Still neither a payment nor a... More

Very convenient location, only a five minute walk to commuter rail into Boston. Just a block from Wellesley Hills village, with numerous restaurants, including excellent Indian and Thai choices, and a Whole Foods store (room has a refrigerator for drinks and snacks). There are three rooms, large, medium, and small. The large room has an enormous bed and a private... More

For the guest who appreciates a receipt for expenses, I always ask if I should include the gratuity into the receipt. I am very service orientated and often am in receipt of very nice gratuities. For example, during non-peak travel seasons, I sometimes provide a free upgrade to a nicer and larger room and have provided special requests at Breakfast... More

We found the woman who runs this very nice and helpful. Understand the room situation. There are three rooms, two that we stayed in, The first one has a SHARED bath and we were not informed about that. It was a tiny room. Then we moved into a much larger room with a private bath and this is the only... More

I try to enjoy green living as much as possible at my BnB. To keep pesticides from outdoors being tracked throughout my home, I request shoes to be left at the door. This also saves on the hardwood floors and the pastel colored carpets in some of the rooms. Guests are encouraged to borrow slippers left near the door or... More

When I booked the room I was told that it had a private bathroom.. The bathroom was not connected to my room nor was it private. It was located across a short hall and was indeed shared with another guest. There was also no living room space for guests to use to read or relax. Our TV didn't work and... More

This is an opportunity for clarification of which rooms offer exactly which amenities, including a shared bath or a private bath. I have only one guest room with an ensuite bath called the Honeymoon Romantic Room. The other two guest rooms share a common bath. All guest rooms are provided two bath robes. The medium size room called the English... More
