We stayed here one night. First room we were given had a broken window blind that was hanging down on one side. We could not move the blind either up or down. It was stuck. We requested another room. In the second room, the carpet was torn in several spots inside the entry door revealing the cement floor underneath. We... more

Let's start off on this: I got a great deal on the Hotel, so my expectations perhaps were lower than those of someone paying full price. The Room: Nice and updated. Good size, nice kitchen space, etc. The decor was nice and seems updated which is a huge plus. The Bed- Oh-so-uncomfortable. Perhaps those who enjoy harder beds wouldn't mind... more

If price and location trump cleanliness and service, then this is the hotel for you. While it wasn't the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, it was definitely in the running. The lollipop-sucking young man at the front desk should have been our first clue... Trash in the hallways, a dirty dish in the kitchenette, a long, dark hair next... more

Just completing a two week stay while work is being done on our house. While the room "shows" well, staying there is less than a joy. Of the six lights in the room, two had burned out bulbs. The bathroom fan (no window) did not work. The carpet was perpetually damp. Worst is the room just plain smelled - not... more

My son and I stayed for one night while moving him to college in the area. Overall this is a reasonable alternative to $200+ per night Boston hotels if you have a car. Not the cleanest place I ever stayed in but far from the dirtiest. It has a full kitchen which we didn't use. There's a pull-out sofa bed... more

The hotel is located in a scenic location and the price can't be beat for an expensive city like Boston. However, the room we got had poor airconditioning and the window was obstructed by structures just few feet away barring any view. Room service did not change the bed sheet on the sofa bed. Complimentary breakfast is not like anything... more

This is a good budget choice. My room had a kitchen and living room area. Clean and pretty well maintained. There was a little paint missing in the bathroom and part of the knob fell off the shower. Public transportation is a $12.00 cab ride away, but it's convenient if you're driving. Housekeeping is only provided once a week, but... more

If you hope to catch a Red Sox game on NESN, don't go to this hotel. They have satellite TV and it does not carry that channel. We were chagrined to discover this, since we are huge fans. I guess a number of hotels in the area, which is very close to Boston have the same situation. Seems strange being... more

Good alternative to staying in Boston if price is a concern. Nice area, clean rooms. We didn't utilize the kitchenette but it is a good bonus. About 20 minutes from the city. A Westin located next door had a great bar. Get to the lobby early or the bagels will be all gone! more
