My husband and I will be staying in this area for a minimum of a month. He is an insurance adjuster and travels all over the country. We checked in on Monday 6/22/15. We reserved a King room and we got a King room but it was the handicapped room which would normally be fine because they are a little... More

The hotel is great if you do not have high expections. The hotel does not have maid service but towels and sheets are always available at the front desk. The breakfast is light but the food that is availabe which is oatmeal, granola, muffins and oranges hits the spot. The pool was closed and we were told it need to... More

I chose this hotel as I have food intolerances and wanted to be able to cook if I started feeling ill. Kitchen was good and there was a large fridge - although it was very noisy and woke me up repeatedly for the first couple of nights. Although I didn't eat any of it, the 'grab and go' breakfast was... More

A whole host of reasons not to return. Room had fishy smell, no towels (unless one counts the dirty ones hanging from back of door) and room was not particularly clean. Stayed two nights without any service to clean room. On check out I queried this and response was "This is a lower quality hotel, what do you expect?" Well... More

This place is substandard by a mile even by Extended Stay America standards. Room was dated and in desperate need of renovation. Funky smell in the room not alleviated by use of air conditioner. Bedding and pillows smelled dirty. Refrigerator came on and off all night and sounded like a lawnmower. They still use those nasty polyester bedcovers that never... More

Priceline has this hotel rated at 2.5 stars. Not close. Linens/towels similar to Motel 6. Maid service costs extra. Room had previous guest's stuff in the fridge. One small trash can in kitchen and no utensils or other pots/pans unless you go to front desk and obtain them. Calls to front desk go unanswered. Very overrated by Priceline.

Many problems in the room including broken toilet, constantly loud refrigerator, very bad mattress, broken phone. Spoke to the manager who promised to repair everything, nothing was actually even looked at. Stayed 3 days and nothing was ever fixed. Breakfast is disgusting with bad coffee and creamora (no milk.) Pool was not open. Entrances and exits are dirty with overflowing... More

We had originally booked 2 rooms here due to a lower price, and our 1st choice did not have room. We arrived and were greeted by someone who did not seem very interested, and sent us to one room that had not been made up. Our daughter quickly went on line and found us a 2 bedroom suite at our... If you want a suite, and don't need it to be big, this hotel could work for you. The rooms have the standard Residence Inn layout: as you enter, you encounter the kitchen, a small dining / work table, living room area (couch, snack table, and TV), bed, dressing area, and bath. If you're comparing with a hotel that just... More

As such the hotel is good, I have stayed here several times. Rooms are good with fully functional kitchen. Wifi is also good, and probably free. But breakfast has very limited options, and there is no breakfast on weekends, which is very inconvenient for business travelers staying for multiple weeks. Location is OK, you can get a bus to Moody... More
