We were on the first floor in the "new" part of the hotel. It was very clean and fresh (as in not musty hotel air). The food from the cafe in the lobby was pretty good, too, and very convenient if y' feel like staying in. While the hotel was pretty busy, it was very quiet in my room, but... More

Room was clean & comfortable, we were on 4th floor & found elevators to be extremely slow. Not a great deal of dining options around the hotel but did find a pub in the hotel across the street that served very good food. Even though there were a number of soccer players at the hotel we found it very quiet.... More

The rooms are large and allow you to relax after a long day. The only thing that would make this better is if breakfast was included. you can purchase breakfast on property, but there are limited choices and a bit pricey for what you get.

We stayed here for two days and found this to be a great hotel! helpful and attentive staff, neatly kept property and decent food! Location: very good. Right next to the highway. Close proximity to other chain of hotels including Holiday Inn, Hilton, Hyatt etc Check-in and check-out: was a breeze! we used the 'marriot' app! its just awesome! we... More

Overall this is a pretty nice hotel. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Instead of the old filter-type in-room coffee machines they have installed Keurig devices. The gym is well-equipped with Precor machines. But... The business center computers are HORRIBLE! They are ancient still running Windows XP. The printers are B&W ink jets and everything needs to be upgraded.... More

For the uninitiated, Waltham and the 128/95 Corridor is a "technology business zones" where hotel room rates are inflated, priced by their proximity to major business parks, which dot the rocky hills overlooking I-95. Courtyards are franchised, so expect premium pricing on everything you need or use, since the land costs so much. The Courtyard Staff make the difference here.... More

I'm a Marriott Employee from the south and we know about southern hospitality. It's been a while since I've been the one helped rather than the one helping. I've never been to any of the New England states before but I was up in Boston to visit my dad and for some work. When I booked my reservation the discount... More

This was a nice property, very well maintained. The rooms are small for 4. The room description indicated that 4 could fit. There was a double or queen bed and a sofa bed. It was very tight once we opened the sofa bed. Still it was clean and well maintained. The food and beverage sold were priced 500% over average... More

3 night stay with family. Property is relatively new, well maintained and reasonably priced by Boston standards. However, the lobby cafe is awful, disorganized and a total ripoff. Breakfast sandwiches and coffee for 4 - $50. Unfortunately we were needed to get to a meeting so we thought we were making the right decision to go the cafe. Big mistake.... More

So we arrived late in the evening and parking was limited so we had to park in the back of the premises. Otherwise the hotel was immaculate and the staff was very friendly and helpful when providing insight on the best way to get into Boston. We thought breakfast was included but it was not. Also there are very limited... More
