It's a good property, and convenient to my office. No real restaurant, which is sometimes a problem if I get in late. The staff is very friendly and will really try to accomodate any request. Clean, comfortable rooms.

Have stayed in this hotel three times now and each time has been great. The rooms are always clean, the staff is nice and there is an ok restaurant across the street. Down the road is another good eating place where you can get food to go! The proximity to Boston is great without paying Boston prices! There is quite... More

We were traveling for a weekend stay (with our dog), to a small teachers conference in Waltham. The hotel is new, super clean and comfortable! And most importantly is pet friendly (thank you Marriott)!!! We had a king room which had one of the most interesting designs I have ever seen. The bathroom was to the right as you walked... More

The room we had was very nice, large space with one king bed. They have a Starbucks on the bottom floor, like other Courtyards where I have stayed. I got the room cheap through a deal on Priceline. The hotel is right off of the highway and there are many other hotels in the same small area. This one had... More

Isn't the general point of a hotel restaurant to be open to cater to travelers who arrive at off hours? Apparently not at this Courtyard where the over-ambitiously named 'Bistro' closes at 10pm. I would have loved to grab a bite to eat since my flight offered no food and my connection was too short to grab a bite. The... More

This hotel is ideally suited in terms of location if you are on business in Waltham. The staff is particularly helpful and I got good service from the front office staff both times I stayed here. The rooms are average, nothing to write home about. Breakfast is pretty abysmal really, no onsite restaurant (a few nearby though, see Waltham restaurants,... More

The service was great and as a platinum elite, we were allowed to choose a free drink from the small shop that they have. The room was comfortable and clean. I stayed here when I was on the way to Cape Cod and slept here for one night after 6 hours drive from Maine. I would recommend people to stay... More

I stayed here on business last week in Waltham. Having Starbucks coffee in the lobby was extremely convenient and the bistro was a great place to grab a quick bite or a glass of wine. Also, there is plenty of parking on site if you're going out there in a rental car. I would highly recommend this hotel if you... More

Stayed for 2 nights. Staff were great. Room ok. Half of tv channels not in HD. Only coffee available was in our room unless you wanted to buy a $5 cup of Starbucks in lobby. No free breakfast. Scrambled eggs were $11. A bagel was $3.50. Holiday Inn Suites next door and the Best Western across the street offer a... More

Updated, spacious rooms and lobby areas, comfy beds and pillows. Easy in and out off route 95 but quiet. Very pleasant and helpful staff. AARTP rate was very good. We had a room on the 3rd floor away from the elevator so easy to get to from stairs or elevator, yet quiet. Will certainly return.
