Stayed here last week for an annual meeting. This is hands down the best hotel in the Waltham area. Really can't come up with any negatives except that wifi was not free and the bar area is a little tight so it can be busy and a little close quarters. For business or pleasure, I would highly recommend this hotel.... More

Located in a suburb north of Boston, this corporate-looking Westin caters mostly to a business clientele visiting the dozens of headquarters and branch offices that dot the landscape adjacent to Route 128/I-95. The hotel is housed in an imposing 1980's style curved glass tower. The 2 story lobby is spacious but not particularly warm or inviting. The front-desk service is... More

Stayed here December 4, 2011. Hotel is hard to find, no lighted sign on dark road. Beware of being charged for parking in detached garage.....not all guests have to pay. Price for parking was higher than what was listed on website. Garage has no security, was wide open, gates were up at all times. At checkout we protested parking charge... More

Dear Traveler, I am sorry that your stay with us did not meet your expectations. The hotel does charge for overnight parking in our garage. However, day parking for guests attending meetings in the hotel is complimentary and many of our corporate clients have parking incorporated in their rates. If you will be returning to the Waltham area in the... More

I spent a total of four nights here over the Christmas weekend. I booked the Starpicks Rate ($89 per night). When I reserved my room, I asked to be placed in a quiet room on the SPG floor. I was in a nice room facing the highway and experienced no problems with noise from 95. The HVAC system was loud.... More

Stayed for business with a nice corporate rate $143 for an overnight trip to an office in Waltham Overall nice hotel, no Gold Upgrade was available do to capacity, I think the Celtics team was staying there at the time. Thought some of the charges were excessive and more appropriate for a downtown hotel....$18 for valet parking, $15 for self... More

Generally met my expectations for the Westin brand - beds good, service with a smile, a fair price. Rooms esepcially carperting maybe getting a lttle "tired" and could benefit from a freshening up.. More

We try to stay at this Westin when visiting Boston. It's usualy half the price of the Westin at Copley Square and you don't have to pay over $40.00 for parking. They do charge for parking which is somewhat questionable since you are not in the city. We try to avoid eating there since there are some great resturants in... More

We stayed here when we visited my father in the area over Thanksgiving. It's a big, resort style hotel. We had to move rooms after the first night because a large family of kids was running up and down the halls (we love kids, but we needed the sleep!) and someone was smoking in their room on the same floor... Dear Guest, I am sorry to hear about the problems during your stay and thank you for bringing them to our attention. Our Team will always try and minimize noise in the hotel whenever possible. I stayed here for a business trip. There was no business center. There was a printer in the front office. In order to use it I had to email my documents to the girl at the front desk. Not good. The rooms were okay and the room service selection was limited and over-priced. It is a convenient location right off... More
