Stayed here overnight with my wife and loved the fact that the rooms and hallways were very clean. The problem is that for a 4-star hotel, one has to go down from the room to the main lobby to get a free Wi-Fi. Other wise, if someone wants it in the room, he/she has to pay.

We work very hard to maintain he cleanliness of our hotel, rooms and hallways! I’m glad you found them so clean. And I’m sorry you do not agree with the pricing of a few of our amenities. As the only 4 Diamond hotel in the area, we do charge a minimal fee for internet but you are correct, we do... More

I was stunned to learn that this hotel which is not in a city or even by an airport has the actual audacity to charge $15 a night for self parking which I did not know about until I checked into the hotel! Second, I was shocked not that they charge $9.95 a night for internet access, but that they... More

Sorry for the confusion. We do offer 24 hour complimentary internet in the lobby for all of our guests. And I’m sorry you do not agree with the pricing of a few of our amenities. I was staying in this hotel for one night. I can't say anything bad about this. It was clean and nice hotel. Food was tasty and if you wanted something vegetarian they didn't make any problems to get you this. I recommend that hotel to everybody

We strive to meet and exceed all of our guest’s expectations, no matter what they are. It looks like we did with you! I’m so glad you had a great experience with us. Our restaurant, 70 at 3rd, takes every order seriously and prepares each plate with passion. Especially if you have a special request. I hope you stay with... More

Stayed for one night in mid-August while attending a conference in the area. First, travelers should note that the hotel is the middle of a renovation, with no real lobby to speak of and awkward travel paths. The room, which I was told was one of the recently renovated King "deluxe" rooms. Small by suburban standards at less than 300... More

You certainly did not receive a true Westin experience and for that I am sorry. We strive to provide a wonderful hotel experience but occasionally we do drop the ball. I’m not going to make excuses - I wish I could go back and fix your poor experience, but at this point, how can I make it up to you?... More

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Overall nothing to complain, except they charged me $15 a night for parking and $15 for an upgrade to a "deluxe" room. Nice staff. Clean and comfy rooms. Swimming pool was closed most of the times. Gym was closed too. Main entrance is under construction so it was blocked.

Thank you for the review. We are in the midst of a restaurant renovation; however, we are thrilled to announce that it will be completed at the end of August! The weekend you were with us we did have a private event taking place poolside. And unfortunately we did have to temporarily close our refreshing indoor pool and Westin Workout.... More

This was my first time staying at this Westin. The amenities and furnishings were okay, but not exceptional warranting the 4-star rating. To me, the quality was no better than a 2.5-star to 3-star hotel chain like Hampton Inn, Comfort Suites, Courtyard Marriott or Holiday Inn. The room was comfortably furnished, but we found a long hair (when we arrived)... More

My 4 stays at this hotel for a total of 6 nights within the last two years, were for business purposes. The environment is cold, not referring to the temperature, but the culture of the organization. For business type visits the food is on the pricey level. A decent breakfast is about $22 plus tips; the other option is the... More

The beds were really comfortable and that is very important to me. The room was nice with a seating area as well. I made coffee every day. The parking area is a bit of a walk and might be an issue in bad weather as you need to go outside in the elements to get there. I did not use... More

I am thrilled that you enjoyed our newly renovated rooms! And we also love our Heavenly Beds. The next time you stay with us I hope will try our newly renovated restaurant and bar with a brand new menu and design concept. We will be revealing the new space at the end of August. More

Stayed at this hotel July 30-Aug 3, 2014 for a conference. Had to have room keys RE-MADE 8 times from Aug 31-Jul 2. Not a single staff person that was aware of the situation even said they were "sorry for the inconvenience"..NOTHING. Housekeeping took stuff out of our room that was OURS, there was NO way they could mistake it... More

While we acknowledge that many of these issues did occur while staying with us. We would also like to point out that each of them were addressed and allowances made for our mistakes. Apologies were offered and compensation was given. That said, we remain, very sorry for the poor experience that you had while at the Westin Waltham. It is... More

Third time here... Very nice job on the new renovation. But i don't know if i would come back again since there is no more hot tub to enjoy. The room for the pool is too cold to rest there and the pool is also cold.

Thank you for your repeat visits! And for your kind words about the renovation. We've been working hard to make the rooms, restaurant, lobby and bar look as good as new. We will be finished with the restaurant and bar renovations and ready to reveal our new space with new menu concepts at the end of August. I hope you... More
