Very happy with the accommodations. The staff was excellent - both the front desk and the breakfast servers in the dining room. Breakfast buffet with the omelets made to order was a great start to the day. I would stay there again if I was in the area.

We have stayed at all the hotels on this street in Waltham and this beats the others easily. Clean, friendly, great breakfast, low room prices from Thursday-Sunday. Nice blend of fancy and plain where it doesn't matter. I have never posted a review so that should tell you something. Have stayed twice this summer and the front desk people are... More

We were here for two nights, and got a bed and breakfast package. Everything was excellent. Clean, spacious, nice bedding, great breakfast with a lot of choices, with the option of made to order entrees. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Good location for visiting various relatives around Boston area. We would stay here again.

Our one night stay at Hilton Garden Inn Boston/Waltham was comfortable and affordable. The room was not huge but it was adequate and attractively appointed. Very comfy beds! And they wash the duvet covers between guests....a big plus because some places don't. The towel rack in the bathroom is awkwardly placed. It's in the tub area and not easy to... More

The location was great for our needs and the rooms were comfortable and clean with all the amenities we could want but what made our staff was the helpful, friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay better. The desk clerk printed driving instructions into Boston for me. We had breakfast at the buffet and the... More

We reserved a room with 2 queens; we were traveling with our 3 yr old. Beds were not queen size as suggested. Rooms were on the small side, barely enough room to put your stuff. Besides the complaints, the room was clean and beds were comfortable. Hotel staff were very nice, they do have a pool and workout room.

Even though this hotel is a chain, it was a very nice experience. The hotel and gym were very clean and fresh. Beds really comfortable. Good food for in room dining and breakfast. Staff was very helpful. I highly recommend. Even my peer who was traveling for business with me mentioned he thought it was also great!.

I stayed here with my daughters when we traveled down for a concert at Gillette Stadium. It was a great price and easy travel to Foxboro. The staff was attentive and very quick to respond to any needs. They were able to get us into our room 2 hours early which was great. The room was clean and comfy, though... More

Pleasant staff and lobby area, but cramped and somewhat dingy room, rough towels, plastic cups, no free breakfast. For about the same amount of money, the Embassy Suites Hotels are a much nicer experience-- better linens, 2 rooms, free breakfast, afternoon snacks. I left wondering how Hilton Garden Inns fit in with the Hilton brand.
