The hotel was clean, however during my stay the room I got was someone else's almost walked in on some poor lady. After I got my room it smelled stale. One of the elevators was out. The food staff was friendly but made frequent mistakes on my bill (overcharged), bar staff seemed a bit to personal.

The furnishings and linen were extremely comfortable and the staff very helpful. Excellent value. Automobile traffic in the area is very heavy, but the staff was quick to print out alternative routes to my destination.

Much cheaper than staying in Boston. The staff was very efficient and friendly. We didn't really do anything at the hotel but sleep, but the pool and gym looked nice. We got the room via Priceline, and it was a good value for the money.

the hotel staff was helpful and friendly.. the room was clean and the internet was excellent. the restaurant food was delicious and the breakfast was really good as well. i would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is at least as good as the hotels near by, but it is the people that made my stay so good. Ed, Steve, Leah...couldn't do enough. They paid real attention to our needs and delighted us repeatedly. Thank you.
