My daughter and I stayed here for one night during college trips through MA. I found it on Tripadvisor, so I was confident it would be nice. Driving down Crescent street, with its hodgepodge of single home dwellings and some commercial sites, I was a bit nervous about what kind of hotel Crescent Suites would be. I drove right by... More

We were on a family trip to New England, and decided to make this our Boston stay after recommendations on TripAdvisor. It was fantastic! The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make the stay special. The breakfast is definitely a notch above the standard breakfast fare, and the cappuccinos are quality. The room was spotless... More

The prices for hotel rooms in Boston and Cambridge were very high, (summer rates) so we decided to try this hotel. It was clean, and very roomy, with a nice size bedroom, living room, and kitchen. They serve breakfast free of charge everyday, and drinks, nuts and fruit all day, at no charge. There's a charming river walk right behind... More

I was desperate to find a last minute room that wasn't $400+. I happened to check hotels.com at just the right time and found this gem - booked it immediately after reading reviews. I got here really early (11am) and even though check-in isn't until 3, Michael got me checked in and into my room with a smile and a... More

We usually stay in downtown Boston but because we wanted access to the highways for touring around, we stayed here. Great choice! Free parking - easy to get to the major routes and the Riverside Station isn't far (about 10 min by car) when you do want to go into Boston. The people are very friendly and helpful. The rooms... This little gem is tucked away in Waltham, MA and is perfectly located for families visiting one of the many colleges and universities in the area. The double rooms are large and have a full kitchen included, the staff is friendly and more than willing to help out in any way. There is a good continental breakfast and free coffee... More

I found this hotel on Tripadvisor and was a bit skeptical as we drove up - seeing that it was far off the beaten path (as far as I could tell - or maybe there just isn't much to Waltham.) We stayed one night, traveling by car from Logan on our way to NH, with a stop for a day... More

have a kid going to brandeis? have to be in boston but having sticker shock? traveling with a dog? this is such a great find! as i understand it, the owner, michael, used to be an airtraffic controller, so sunday brunch for 30 is a snap. individual cappichinos, no problem. really impressive. and katie, the front desk, manager, all around... Stayed here on business last week, and I was thoroughly impressed. It looks old on the outside, but it's brand new with all of the amenities. Staff was very pleasant and if ever in town again, I'll definitely book with them.

I was researching Boston accommodations when planning a weekend get-away and choked over how expensive staying in the city is. Asked a friend familiar with the Boston area to recommend nearby towns and discovered the reviews for Crescent Suites. We arrived on a Thursday evening after a 4.5 hour drive and at first pulled in the wrong driveway. It's not... More
