stayed in a 2 bedroom suite w/a co-worker. very clean. quiet. very comfortable. good kitchen facilities and common facilities. Breakfast was good with eggs made to order. Good dinner time snacks too with diverse hot and cold items. I would expect this quality level from a hyatt!

Not a great value for the price. Walls are thin and transmit sound. Arrived around mid night and wanted to catch up on sleep. Around 5 am the noise from neighboring rooms could be heard very clearly. No complimentary water dispenser, instead was pointed the way of the hotel store to purchase a bottle. Plenty of signs in the room... More

I stayed there this weekend and we had several rooms within our group. The rooms were very nice, much nicer than I expected for the cost of the room. It was nice to have a fridge and a microwave as well as real plates to use while we were there. I loved that housekeeping actually did the dishes for us... More

This was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in for the money - an amazing deal! We were upgraded to a double suite and I could've spent most of the trip just enjoying the room. It included a complete kitchen with full-sized appliances and everything you need except the food. It was more like an apartment than a hotel... More

Recently had a chance to visit the Hyatt House in Waltham - the stay was by no means perfect, but suitable. I enjoy staying at Hyatt properties around the world, and had hoped for a similar top-tier stay like I've had at other locations. I had problems with the door lock as well as finding the room not 100% cleaned.... More

Stayed here for two nights on a business trip and was satisfied with the hotel. The hotel is in a commercial area surrounded by office buildings and other hotels so nothing special about the location. Note that there are very few restaurants in the local area and nothing within walking distance. Service was solid and I had no issues with... More

My last stay here was less than pleasant. This time, no one tried to barge into my room, my key worked the whole stay, and the staff was incredibly sensitive and flexible. I've put this hotel back on my regular hotel schedule for my monthly trips to Boston.

Stayed in a one-bedroom suite. The hotel is situated about 9-10 miles away from Boston University, our intended destination. With no traffic, the drive takes about 25-30 minutes. With traffic, even more. But the price was great, and Waltham is a nice, safe suburb. If you're staying for an extended period of time, there is a supermarket less than 5... More

Great location (near to Boston, by car), really nice staff ! Pretty good value ! Great experience in general ! What you see on the pictures is reality ! Big rooms with fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Swimming pool, gym. And really quiet too. On weekdays, there is complimentary afternoon snacks which are pretty good too ! I also... More

What more is there to say? This place has now worked out perfectly for us 2 years apart, same weekend. It's a great balance of good value and quality. Not fancy, but pleasant, spacious, clean, etc. Wi-Fi is a little iffy, but we were in the back of the hotel. Comfortably close to Boston and everything else. Right off 95.... More
