Hotel wise this is a very standard place with slightly overpriced rooms since it is near Boston. But that is the thing. It is nowhere near Boston and is at least a 15 minute ride into the city. This hotel was like staying at a cheap hotel, but with Sheraton prices. First no one to help with luggage, room was at the other end of lobby and we only could use the front entrance. I was only in Boston for a short visit and couldn't find any Sheraton in the center so Wakefield was the best option. I stayed here for a conference and had the option to up grade to club level. This s the poorest club level lounge I've experienced. The snacks were average and a glass of wine is $9.00. Any hotel is entitled to a glitch or two, but not DOZENS. Let's see: wireless is incredibly slow, not a secure connection, and constantly kicking me off. Our sheets had a stain on them, and we felt a little awkward complaining, but Rich handled it quickly by having new sheets sent down for us. Our stay was excellent and well worth the few extra dollars we spent for our rate. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends in the future.
