The staff were very friendly and helpful, really top notch. Other than that, not a lot to recommend here, unless you are looking to site a small conference at much lower cost than downtown Boston. The beds were very comfortable. The place is getting old and worn. The room with two double beds had a tiny bathroom with a cramped... More

Big place and many rooms face highway. Good breakfast buffet. Internet is bad. Internet has been bad for along time through many complaints. It is not hard to fix guess the owners won't. I rely on it too much. Won't stay here again.

Staff at this hotel is amazing. Polite, patient and very friendly. It is easy access from the highway. You can walk to some restaurant and also to do some shopping. It's our second stay and we plan to go back next year!!! Julie

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, easy in and out, close to major freeways. The rooms and bathroom are smaller, so if you are large, you might want to request a handicap room. This was our second stay here and we will return. Free wifi in the room was really appreciated.

This is a great hotel. We stayed here 5 nights for a Naval Reunion (8/17 -8/22). Although our room (King Bed) was small, it was immaculate and very convenient-on Second Floor right by a beautiful staircase that goes down to main lobby (lovely lobby). Little amenities, like bottled water each day, were very appreciated. Staff is incredibly friendly, efficient and... More

People here were very nice, check-in was a breeze. The lobby is very nice. It is definitely a good value, and a super convenient to the highway and Market St shopping area. The rooms were decent, if a little tired. Tip: the concierge level was only a little more, so check that before booking.

We found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. Having free access to the Boston Sports Club across the street is a real bonus, and the Market Street outdoor mall has an abundance of shops and restaurants.

Lovely location, good proximity to area".....that being said....can't open closet door w/o someone pushing on room door to access....no hair dryer w/out request from front desk, can't go into bathroom to even change your mind, "Wine Spectator 90+ wine tasting offered 5-7 but yet the restaurant clueless- poor waitstaff were talking to bartender, relay to customer across room"......WHA??? No fridge... More

Located 20 minutes north of Boston, this hotel is a little old but nicely located near restaurants and a nice shopping centre. We had a good time and the staff was very helpful, and more particularly Laura Katz, the front desk supervisor. We will certainly come back again to the hotel next time we are in the Boston area.

This is a "business" hotel. It's shared guest membership at the Boston Sports Club across the street and walkable proximity to the Lynnfield Market Street with restaurants, bowling and shopping are it's redeeming qualities. They also deserve compliments for the desk staff, housekeepers and bar/restaurant; drinks and food are well done! However, this facility is worn in spite of the... More
