Stayed in a cabin with a family of four and there was plenty of room. Gas grill and 4 beds with a small fridge. We camp in a tent most of the summer so this was a treat. You'll be at the beach all day so its so nice to come back and hang towels on the deck and relax... More

The biggest cost was the ferry ride over which was $370, once we arrived at the site it was well worth it. The area was quiet and removed from all the noise, the site was quiet and clean. The area is very shaded with lots of trees and minimum mosquitoes but lots of beetles which was a turn off. What... More

My whole family loves this campground. The location is excellent. It is extremely friendly. I've never had a bad site. The playground is great, there are plenty of free showers and hot water. Kids of all ages play together in the field. The owners do enforce some basic rules, which means that everyone is happier. The night watchman, Ron, is... More

This was our third year visiting the Martha's Vineyard Family Campground and we continue to love it each and every time; it is just what we are looking for. Strictly enforced Quiet Hours ensure a peaceful night's sleep; clean bathrooms open 24/7 with unlimited hot water showers provide a welcome washing up experience; a well-stocked camp store with friendly, helpful... We had such a wonderful time at this site. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. There was a water and electric hook-up 50ft from the tent (I recommend bringing an extension cord). Free clean showers! Very family friendly, quiet hours begin at 10. We were a group of 3 women in their twenties who wanted to... More

People griped about how tight a ship the owner runs rules wise. That was just what I want to hear about a private campground. My wife and I tent camp all over the province of ontario this facility was great. Perfect for around the island road cycling, camp sites are good bathrooms showers all top notch. We no longer travel... More

We love tent camping and have been to many campgrounds throughout New England. This was a lovely family campground. I read the reviews below and clearly it's not for everyone but if you're a family looking to camp on Martha's Vineyard and explore the island this was great. We arrived on island with nothing but our bags, a tent, bicycles... More

My girlfriend and I went camping here for the 4th of July weekend with another couple. We brought loaded up the motorcycle with all of our gear and met our friends who also had their motorcycles, who had arrived earlier that day and already set up. We had two tents in our campsite, a picnic table, and a fire ring.... More

This was my father and I's first experience at a campground in the new RV. When we arrived, after a 6 hour drive to the island, we were greeted very nicely. As we were setting up camp, one of the slides on my father's RV would not open. One of the employees, Dan, was driving by and saw we needed... More

It was my first Island experience so far and I was very excited to explore and experience. Martha's Vineyard was my online research result where I took a group of 8 adults and 4 kids. While booking on phone, I was told that I cannot bring fire wood from mainland because of some reason which was fine with me. It... More
