We initially booked a tent site at the sister Adventure Bound campground, which we picked because of the location and good reviews. We had a last minute change of plans for family reasons and could only move our booking to Horton's. On our way to the Cape, we checked the reviews, which are pretty dismal, and considered booking a hotel... More

We stayed at Horton's over the July 4th long weekend. The location is great and our site was beautiful. We enjoyed walking the path to Highland Light, and not being over-charged for firewood. There are lots of good things about it, but the WOMEN'S BATHROOMS AND SHOWERS WERE DISGUSTING. The toilets accessible to our camp site were clogged all weekend,... More

First the good news: The location was great. Several Ocean and Bay beaches within biking distance. Also P-Town is a mere 8 miles away. We stayed in a great tent site, very wooded although a little close to each other. The Bad News: As mentioned in an earlier review as campgrounds go this one was not cheap. The company that... More

We're staying at Horton's for the week preceding July 4th, It's perfectly fine EXCEPT for the bathrooms. In the 3 days we've been here so far, 2 or more of the 4 women's toilets closest to our site have been clogged. In addition, for all of the 200+ campsites, there are a total of 7 showers. And they are located... More

Have you ever been the person organizing a family traveling event and you are booking a place sight unseen for overnight accomodations? Well I was very pleasantly surprised with the RV campers that our family stayed in. Clean beyond belief! And what a great way to connect in the evenings with a camp fire. Simply perfect! Would certainly stay again... More

We have been going to Horton's for more than ten years. There have been alot of changes since ABC Campgrounds took over, and all for the better. Service is great, the manager is very accomodating and goes the extra mile to make the experience very enjoyable. It's obvious that they are investing in upgrading the facilities, the bathrooms and showers... More

My issues with this place started at check in. Check in is at 3 and we arrived just after 2 thinking it would be fine. We went to the wrong location first (my fault) and the people at ABC were very nice and told us we were at the Horton location and we were all set to check in there.... More

We stayed in a premium RV. It was clean. However, the smell of febreeze was overwhelming. By the second night, you could smell the sewage from the toilet. The hot water ran out after the second, brief shower. We arrived early, and we're not allowed to check in even though the RV was vacant. We could have stayed in a... More

This property is very close to the lighthouse and removed from the greater ABC campground about a half mile away. It's a great spot to be located if you are visiting the outer cape. Check in was very easy, the bathhouse was much nicer than expected. It was clean, spacious, had two shower stalls with hot water- these were not... More

The reviews don't accurately reflect the service and site quality here since being taken over by Adventure Bound Camping. The staff here were very attentive. Even opened the store early once they noticed a line of customers. Great location, fantastic site! Private but easily accessible.
