A clearly well run Fairfield. Young man at desk very efficient, friendly and informative. Breakfast very good and the dining area was kept very clean. Rooms were comfortable. Amenities are limited and the snow was not cleared in the walkways in the morning. This location is amazingly convenient to Lowell/Boston.

After a 2-hour delay due to an accident on I495 pushed the time to 12am with still another 2 hour drive ahead, I felt it prudent to pull over and find a reasonable place to get some much needed rest. This Fairfield Inn was off the next exit -- very convenient off/on. I was greeted very warmly by the night... More

I come every so often to visit family so I am pretty much there just to sleep. Its right off the highway which makes it convenient, There is a free breakfast which is average, same stuff every morning. I like that you can get coffee anytime, its right in the lobby for you. The hotel has 5 floors and one... More

It rained the entire time I stayed in this hotel - and they do not have a drive-up overhang...(perhaps that is standard for Fairfield Inn - I'm not sure?)...so it was a nightmare getting to and from the car - and loading and unloading luggage in the rain. This seems odd to me, in an area that so often gets... More

My husband and I were on a bus tour. We stayed for 2 nights. We had room #218. Very nice and clean. The continental breakfast was very good. You could make waffles or have eggs & sausages. Plus they had cereal hot & cold. Fresh cut fruit or bananas, apples. Hot coffee, tea, milk & juices. The only draw back... More

Typical Fairfield with a courteous staff and great rooms. Near the interstates so trips into Boston or New Hampshire are easy. We were on the top floor facing the highway but did not notice. Normal Fairfield breakfast and small space, but there are other options nearby.

It's a nice quiet hotel. Friendly and helpful staff and a good selection for the continental breakfast. They have Showtime not HBO. Only problem was that I had trouble connecting to the WIFI with my laptop

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn for three nights. Very nice hotel and very convenient location. Breakfast was included but the popularity of the hotel combined with the somewhat small room made getting breakfast with a place to sit difficult. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful and accommodating. Definitely would stay there again.

Updated hotel, conveniently located off the highway for easy access to the Lowell/Chelmsford area. Room was clean, updated and what you would expect from a quality Marriott Property, and the basics of a Fairfield Inn. The breakfast area was small as others noted, but most folks are in and out business travelers anyway. The front desk staff very nice, and... More

Got a good rate online, but it was a little bit farther away from where I needed to be. It's a traditional limited service hotel, w/ free wifi and breakfast. The room and the public areas were very clean. The bed was fairly comfortable, a little soft but that's a personal preference. All the staff I came into contact with... More
