We stayed here because it was pet friendly. Within hours of checking in, my dog and I were threatened by off leash dogs belonging to another guest at the hotel -- my dog was on leash -- and the dogs' owner refused to call her animals away from us. We told the front desk about the incident (after the person... More

If you see the photo on this hotel's official website, you will see a beautifully manicured sitting area with a little wooden well. That picture was probably taken 10 years ago. The well is still there, but it is dwarfed by the plants that have grown up, unhampered, around it. That is a pretty accurate depiction of the whole facility.... More

We stayed for five nights. Staff was friendly and we had a great stay. This wasn't the best nor was it the worst hotel we have stayed in. You have to run the shower a bit for the water to warm up but that's no big deal. The breakfast wasn't what I expected, bagels, muffins, doughnuts, cereal, milk and orange... More

We stayed here only because it is close to family. Had a non-smoking room but smoking rooms across the hall so the halls smelled of stale smoke and also mildew. The room was tired, shower cold, rugs stained, mattress cover ripped, king sheets to small, pillows weren't bad though. Breakfast was meager and muffins and pastry wasn't the freshest, coffee... We stayed here for 2 nights to see a couple of shows at the DCU Center in Worcester, approximately a 15 minute drive. The rooms were clean enough for a quick stay and beds fairly comfortable. It was nice to have fridge in the room however it practically made drinks frozen, even at the lowest setting. The room itself had... More

Stay there 2 or 3 weeks, you MIGHT get your sheets changed. Their idea of cleaning is giving you new towels. Refrigerator was on frozen and knobs broken, bathroom and kitchenette sink clogged. They didn't even vacuum once. Then there's the carpenter ants, crawling on the bed and walls a couple days. And the continental breakfast selections are minimal and... More

I stayed here for two nights last weekend. Afternoon staff when I checked in was pleasant and worked with me as far as my communication skills goes (hearing impaired). She wrote everything down for me so I would be able to understand. Yes, the main lobby does smell as stated in the previous review. Did not get to eat breakfast.... More

i have been to this hotel once before. Love the hotel, nice and clean and fairly quiet and dog friendly. If you ask them to drop the pet fee, they will drop the pet fee. Last time i was there I encountered two big white shepherds loose on the property with no owner in sight. I complained to the hotel... More

The title pretty much says it all. The room had ample space and contained a king bed and a couch. Little odd to find no coffee pot in room like most hotels. The room was clean and a good value. I will stay there in the future when I am in that area. I did not try the continental breakfast.

My husband and I stayed at this property previously and were satisfied with our stay. We were in the "front" motel style building. The room was spacious and well appointed. This stay, we were placed in the "back" hotel style building. The Lobby smells like stale cigarette smoke and the carpet is worn and appears dirty. Our room is cramped,... More
