The stay here was great. The front desk was extremely helpful. The room was clean. Hotel is closing soon due to renovations, however it is still in great shape. I look forward to staying there sometime after the renovation, because even slightest upgrade would make it great. The only complaint was water pressure was lacking in the shower, hopefully this... more

We come to Sudbury each year to visit our son and daughter in law and always stay at the Inn located in Sudbury. This year for Thanksgiving we arrived quiet late at the hotel. When we arrived in our room the general manager Russell Smith had personally signed a thank you card and had a large tray of assorted fruits... more

I want to thank you for you kind words concerning your stay at our small inn. We work to make each of our guest stays special and a home away from home. We are excited to be expanding our food and beverage operations to include a full breakfast and lunch menus and Saturday and Sunday brunch. When you are in...

We booked two rooms at the Clarion for an October Saturday night in order to visit our Granddaughter who is a freshman at Northeastern. Her parents had one room and we grandparents the other. We used Priceline and got a good $100 rate per room, compared to other online prices averaging about $149. As others have mentioned it isn't the... more

We take issues like these very seriously, however we always recommend that guests obtain a receipt for any transactions involving cash. Also when you request items in a hotel and hand someone cash it often times is assumed that it is a TIP and not payment for an amenity such as a roll-away or delivery of your food to your...

My husband and I chose this hotel for its historical appeal. We were staying just the one night to visit the Nashoba Valley Winery (great) and and tp watch the Collings Foundation's Race of the Century (lots of fun). Our first impression of the hotel was that it was quaint and cozy. Just what we were looking for. However, as... more

While we accommodate all types of groups including weddings, corporate retreats, and family reunions we do our best to keep groups and individuals alike completely satisfied. While on an occasion some groups are rowdier than others we rarely have complaints such as yours. Every guest is important to us and we do our best to meet the needs of all...

The hotel rooms were seriously outdated. Rugs were stained. TV was sitting on the floor unplugged (broken?) in first room and I had to request a second room. Lots of noise coming through walls and floors. Broken tiles on bathroom floor, and a musty smell throughout the room and closet. Reminded me of staying in the attic room of my... more

We value your opinion concerning some but not all of our hotel rooms. We regularly inspect our rooms to ensure that everything you expect to be working is. We are currently updating our rooms to include high end coffee machines, flat panel LCD tvs, new carpeting, and high end bathrooms and updates including our new gift shop and our new...

Three nights at property while working with client in Sudbury area. Hotel is designed architecturally as if it were a historical/early American residence - clapboard siding (vinyl), pillared portico, large central staircase. Interior decor same Colonial/Early American style. Note that there is no elevator in property (or bellmen either), so consider booking first floor room if stairs are a problem... more

I have never written a review before, but felt that this is something that consumers need to be aware of. I found new managemnt staff to be unbelievably rude and inflexible. This turned into the most unpleasant hotel experience I have ever had-and there have been many- both in both the US and other countries. Be VERY cautious that you... more

Thank you for taking the time to comment about our hotel. There are several items missing from your details which would add value to any guest reading your comments. Your situation that you are referring to involved a 3rd party web site where you purchased your hotel room from. There are strict cancellation policies when booking your hotel with other...

What a wonderful stay! From start to finish our stay was absolutely super. We booked a non smoking suite (2 double beds and a living room) directly from the hotel website. The living room was HUGE and contained a couch, coffee table, end tables, lamps, desk, TV, and small refrigerator. The sleeping area contained 2 double beds, many dressers, another... more

After being terribly lost in Boston for several hours, this hotel was a welcome place to go to at the end of our day. Your dollars go far at this hotel. It has a small inn feel with all conveniences of a hotel. The common areas are nicely decorated and inviting. On each floor is a table with cookies, tea,... more
