Not a typical chain hotel. The open indoor atmosphere is awesome. Our breakfast waitress, Sandy, gave us excellent service. Kids eat free. Awesome buffet! More

Regularly stay at the Sturbridge Host Hotel. I like it immensely. There is a certain charm about the hotel that is better than your standard box hotel. Beautiful setting for rooms with view of lake, very hospitable room staff including mails and very gracious and effective wait staff, especially Melissa and Sandy in Greenhouse Restaurant on site of Sturbridge Host Inn. Three friends and I had dinner tonight (1/25/2012) in the VIP Lounge of the Sturbridge Host Hotel & Conference Center in Sturbridge, MA,USA. Our server/bartender was Donna,and she was the BEST! The food was delicious, her recommendations were great, and spot on! (Thanks, Donna!) More

Other than the wavy mattress, this hotel worked out quite well for our needs. We needed a place to stay for a family funeral in the area. The breakfast buffet in the hotel was quick and efficient. The place was a bit dated, but was close to everything. Our five year old enjoyed the pool. More

Thank you for making us your home away from home. We have since repaired the pool heater and it's a balmy 84 degrees. Next time, please ask the Manager On Duty if you can use the hot tub after 9pm. I know they'll let you use it! Thank you. More

Celebrated Dad's 70th birthday and new years with 24 of us from newborn to 70! Everyone from housekeeping to maintenance to front desk to mgmt was wonderful and really made this a special weekend! They were quick to respond to our needs and always pleasant to work with! The Pesidental Suite was amazing! More
