Been here in room 222 for too long. Told the lady on 2nd shift about a bug in my room. She said she reported it. Two days later, nothing. This place is next to nowhere. Pay a few extra bucks and stay elsewhere.

The hotel itself was nice and seems like it was new and built recently. Guest rooms were a bit noisy and could hear TV and conversations of neighboring rooms. Biggest issue was with the friendliness of staff. I went to ask at the front desk if the pool was open and her response was "no." When I asked why it... More

The price was good, the room looked clean, and it was quiet. The breakfast was adequate. I booked at this place because they listed a fitness room. They had one but the treadmill was broken so it was useless for me.

We stayed at this property because it was selected by the bride and groom. The staff was very nice but not well trained and had no follow through with our requests. We had a room that did not have a working safe and a broken alarm clock. When we reported this to the desk they said they would call the... More

Stopping at Days Inn Sturbridge is an annual event, every Memorial Day Weekend. Sturbridge is half-way from home in Maine to destination in PA..and we are always ready for the quiet, clean, room waiting for us. We leave refreshed for the second leg of our journey.

We stayed here pretty much as a last resor since the other hotels were booked. I read the reviews on Trip Advisor & it semmed it would be ok for a night. I pass it on the way to work & decied to check it out. It's located in an odd area- near a busy truck stop and gas station.... More

This hotel has the potential to garner a higher rating. They lose in a major way on cleanliness. We found a dirty uncleaned toilet and s leftover beverage in the freezer growing mold. Three tiny pillows on the queensize bed looked ridiculous. Some mosquito spray at the entrance could help. The staff was the saving grace. friendly and knowledgeable.

Stayed at this hotel for one night while we visited Brimfield Antique Flea Market. Very disappointed. I am a non smoker as is my husband and when we checked in they tried to tell us we requested a smoking room. ABSOLUTELY NOT. We were on the first floor right next to the reception area and front desk. NOISY. It was... More
