We stayed at the Econo Lodge in Sturbridge based on their website which boasted a continental breakfast and a pool. The continental breakfast consisted of primarily Little Debbie snacks and the pool was closed, we visited in July. The bathroom tub had coners full of black mildew and the bedding smelled of mold or mildew. Had we inspected this room... more

After reading some reviews (although they were a year old or older), I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was not as bad as it sounded. Basic accommodations, clean and neat. We had a small room with one queen bed. It was comfortable and well kept. The place could use a little updating. The gentlemen who worked at the front... more

This motel is the worse place I have ever had contact with, and I travel often. The rooms were disgusting, smelling of must, mildew and more. What was worse than the smell, was the conduct of the General Manager an Arabic man who called himself "Mike" I put that in quotes, as when I asked him about the disgusting rooms,... more

GREATEST ECONO LODGE I HAVE EVER STAYED AT. My family and I have never stayed at an Econo Lodge as good as this one. My wife and i were wondering why it wasnt a Comfort Inn. They might as well be with thier outstanding service and beautiful room. With the cheap price that we paid for the room...it was worth... more

My family and I spent a single night here. The motel is a good example of a traditional large roadside place. In recent times it seems to have been updated a little and the facilities are good in general. The outdoor pool is well located but was very cold during our stay. The motel is located close (but not too... more

My husband and I had a very pleasant stay at the Econo Lodge. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and management was extremely polite. Grounds were well kept. Breakfast was quite basic (cereal, packaged rolls, juice and coffee) but as it was included in the $65 rate, it was a real bargain and made for a convenient start to... more

After reading the previous reviews AFTER my boyfriend already reserved a room...we were a bit nervous about staying at the Sturbridge, MA Econo Lodge. But when we got there we were very pleasantly surprised. The room was clean. The service was wonderful. Not to mention they had a fridge, which they did mention on the website. The grounds were beautiful.... more

After reading the review above, I felt I had to put my 2 cents in. My husband and I reserved a room for 2 nights right after Xmas. We were there to visit my family, and since it was right after Xmas, were on a bit of a budget. At around $60, it seemed like a good price, and I've... more

I stayed at this establishment during the festival of junk. Ok, first of all, the water sucked. Friggin choline-bleach type of liquid going on there. My face and hair have STILL not recovered. Secondly, yeah sorry to say, but after a few days here the bed wasn't as nice as it appeared....hurt like hell actually. OHHHHH Yeahhh....not to forget the... more
