Made reservations in June for December. Confirmed reservations again in September for December. Easy time I was specific about needing wheelchair accessible room. Each time I was told no problem. Three days before arrival they called and advised about sidewalk construction. Again they said I would have no wheelchair problems but may have to push around the construction area. Upon... More

My wife and I have been coming here since 2007.A total of 12 times. We have read all the reviews over the years yet still we return .We have never had any issues that need attention .We have stayed in many different rooms .All unique in their own way.We consider the Inn our getaway place, and would not keep returning if... My husband and I stayed here the end of Oct for our anniversary. I booked it for the fireplace and jacuzzi and wasn't disappointed. Yes, the building could use some updates, paint, etc. But the room was spacious, fireplace worked and jacuzzi was very welcome relief after a day spent walking around Old Sturbridge Village. I would rather the room... More

It had everything we needed, but the place is very old, and not renovated....the stairs had cobwebs on them, and looked about a million years old...hallways smelled musty, we had our doubts about it. When we arrived at 1:30, hoping to get in our room early, the place was locked up and there were no cars in the parking lot!... More

Our room was great. Comfortable king bed, fireplace, air conditioner, 2 person jacuzzi, small fridge, microwave, small bar/sink, and 2nd floor view of pool. Pool wasn't open yet on June 7, but we weren't looking to use it anyway. Could use some updating here and there, but overall, we were pleased with our evening away.

Lovely in pictures, but up close, needs work. Not enough attention paid to details- such as chipping paint, no towel bar or hooks in bathroom. Lobby/living room was closed by 8 P M ish. It looked like a cozy room to hang out in, but alas we couldn't. Internet reception spotty. Staff was quite helpful.

My motto generally is that if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all! Mike and I agree with the majority of the reviews that this B&B was, however, lacking. We stayed in a room converted from the barn. Great balcony and charm. The room was clean and spacious but the Jacuzzi was broken and by the reaction of... More

Where shall I begin? The main building needed a paint job desperately. Lots of dust Main door was sometimes found left open, anyone could come in Owner left for vacation - when some rooms were occupied (Really?) Lobby closed too early and inconveniently No microwave in our room Debris spouting out the jets in the jacuzzi Queen deluxe room smelled... More

The good: comfy huge bed. Great shower. Clean room. Close to Brimfield. The not so good: We booked it as B&B, but no breakfast midweek. Flat screen TV in every room? Not ours. Old building w/modern finishing/decor. Bottom line-for $170/nite it was a let down.
