Lovely quick stay en-route to a lacrosse tournament. Wish we could have stayed longer. Staff provided ice bags for wounded player, hotel was clean, quiet and room was spacious. Only 15 minutes from Fort Devens. Simple breakfast of cereal or toast and good coffee. Perfect. Will definitely come again next year!

We were here for a wedding and were surprised how nice the room was inside-renovated and very spacious! The only problem we had was the heat was not central and stopped worked 1 of the days (when it was less than 0 degrees outside). The staff was very helpful and was able to work to fix the problem fairly quickly... More

We stayed at the Chocksett Inn the night before my son's lacrosse tournament. It was fantastic. A brand new room at less than all of the other hotels that the tournament was recommending. And a more convenient location for those of us coming up from CT. We enjoyed a delicious dinner in the restaurant too. We will be back.

After spending countless hours looking for a place to spend our anniversary outing, which happens to be on Columbus Day weekend, I came across the Chocksett Inn. Every communication with the staff from my first phone call has been great. Very friendly and very helpful. I booked a 2 night stay. Expecting to have a small room because of the... More

Everyone should know what a hidden gem this BB is. The staff was great! It wasn't busy which is a bit sad, because its a bit out there and you do have to find things to do. But that's exactly what we wanted. Rooms are gorgeous and spacious .

My wife and I stayed at the Chocksett on 5/30/13. We chose the dinner and stay package. The rooms were updated and were amazing. The whole look and feel of it was 10x better than all our previous stays there. The restaurant/lounge has moved down stairs and was incredible. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly and my wife had the... More

new owners.... hope they update the rooms as above we live nearby and go for dinner regularly and usually have a nice meal. But the new owners moved the dining room downstairs into the cellar!!!! I must complain. I do not like dining in the cellar, a few small cellar windows apparent..... the booths also are very close to each... More

We have relatives in the area and pretty much it is between this and the Sheraton. As a family of five, I vastly prefer having a little kitchenette (especially when they were all toddlers). In the fifteen years since our first visit, I can attest that nothing in the rooms has changed. Not the furniture, bedding, or appliances. It is... More

In the case of Chocksett Inn, you get a mixed bag: lady bug room mates (they are the cutest little things), empty soap canisters, rooms with thermostats set at 55 degrees in December, continental breakfasts items so stale that I suspect they will be there next time I stay, beds like army cots, and old, worn out 80's decor. BUT... More
