Seaside was just opening for the season. The location is one of the best. The grounds puts you in the mood to relax. The cottages are big and airy and all are decorated differently. Great place for a families to getaway from the city and a short drive to all amenities. Just a set of stairs separate you from the... more

This was our first time to the Cape. We really liked the location of seaside. It was very quiet and close to the water. I loved sitting outside near the water on the nice lawn chairs they provided. The cottages were a little worn with a few spiders. The beds were fine. The folks in the office could not have... more

My family stayed at Seaside for several years in a row in September. Four to five families, renting anywhere from two to five nights. Although Seaside has a picture perfect location, it doesn't seem as if enough care is taken for the individually owned units. My husband and I have stayed there in different u nits at different times during... more

We just loved Seaside. We stayed in cottage 11A. The bunny cottage. Bunnies everywhere. The ocean was just a few steps away. Very clean. No complaints what so ever. Try it you will love it. I like the different themes each cottage had. We are going again this year for more nights of course. Cape Cod all the way. more

We rented Cottage 21 (Chesapeake) from Sept 8th to 10th and loved it, despite one or two criticisms. The complex is beautifully landscaped and close to the beach and my wife and I spent hours sitting either on the loungers on the grass by the beach or on the garden chairs outside the unit. Check in was fast and easy... more

We are repeat renters at Seaside and have expanded our 2-3 night stays into a 10 day September vacation for the past few years. Weekdays in September tend to be quiet but the weekends can be a bit noisey, depending on the crowd. Some of the cottages are fairly close to one another but it is part of the ambience.... more

My family stayed there for just one night (that's all there was available) in August and we absolutely loved it. The cottage was very clean, the grouds were maintained very well and the best part ofcourse was the private beach. The kids loved playing in the water and we enjoyed our night strolls. Just wish we could have stayed a... more

Seaside is wonderful off season. Our family rents 3 ocean view cottages the second week of June every year. The weather usually is warm and sunny. The grounds are beautifully maintained with 2 large barbeque areas. Comfortable lounge chairs line the sea wall overlooking a private soft sand beach. My two young granddaughters love playing on the beach and collecting... more

We stayed at Seaside 2 years in a row during mid-July. While our cottage was adjacent to the beach, we were extremely dissatisfied with the noise level after 9 pm. Seaside promotes itself as a quiet place for families. We have 3 children and were consistently frustrated with the noise and lack of a solution from management. We weren't expecting... more

A cosy village located on the ocean, with BBQ pits and quaint cottages. Mostly studio cottages but some larger ones are available. Check the website ------ for pictures and details. more
