we thought we had found a really nice hotel, when we booked it - but were rather disappointed. The rooms (and we had two, because we changed for the second day) were both old and stiffy and could really do with refurnishment. The colour on the walls outside crumbles away and our room at groundfloor (Nr. 001) was really dark.... More

I have stayed at the Irish Village four times, both winter and summer. It was always a great experience. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the food is excellent, and it's a great value. The village is family friendly and a great place for group get togethers. Looking forward to my next visit in January.

My husband and I and our daughter and her family stayed for 6 nights and loved it! The staff was very, very friendly, and the food was excellent! We loved the Irish music. We cannot wait to return as soon as possible.

The name alone had me suspicious. Being from Irish stock and not very happy about Ireland lately i wanted to really hate it. I just couldn't honestly use the word hate. Also the idea of breakfast included made.me.pray they were talking at least continnental breakfast not Irish. It was delish and with 3 picky eating children it was a relief... More

We have recently returned from our third consecutive year of a late august vacation at the Irish village. Yes, it's not fancy, it's not perfect.....But the brilliance of the village is the truly laid back feeling of community. You cannot beat What you get for your money, and the flexibility for those of us who do not plan summer vacations... More

Wife and I spent weekend at I.V. in late August. While the rooms were a bit stuffy-a good airing out of the whole place would be advisable--the overall value of the place would bring us back again. Get the full package if you go. That includes breakfast each day and one dinner-well worth it. The food was surprisingly good especially... More

One cannot complain about this being an old tired place as Rte. 28 is loaded with them in this part of the Cape. Stayed here when it was the Gull Wing for $49-$69 a night depending on the season which was actually a much better value than the rates being offered today. I remember when that disgraceful hot tub was... More

My wife and I had a great time at the Irish village. It's one of the place we go every summer. Minus the little things people has said about the place. It's still a great place to go. Plus the price is right. I recommend the package plan. If you go, watch out for Tommy he full of crack. The... More

Just returned from a week in the Irish Village. We were with a large group of both family & friends. There is a nice outdoor pool with plenty of lounge chairs & some tables & umbrellas. There is also an indoor pool but the hot tub is in need of major repair. We enjoyed breakfast & dinner in the restaurant... More

My wife and I recently had a two night stay here at the Irish Village. In years past we have done the same but this year we found the hotel significantly run down in comparison. The hotel was formally the Gull Wing Suites and while under that management it was far better kept. For starters the indoor hot tub was... More
