This property is so run down and needs a lot of help. It is really dated and the property is not maintained at all. The rooms are dingy and who knows how clean. When we were there, the water turned completely brown and the staff said it was a town wide problem, but I never got any verification of that.... more

For the price, this is a good place to stay. We rented the Townhouse which had the bedroom upstairs. Our kids loved looking down over the balcony into the livingroom area. We traveled to the Cape for the Fourth of July weekend. We have a large dog, so finding a hotel room near the ocean was difficult. This hotel had decent rooms (clean, but definitely not fancy) and an indoor pool (though we didn't swim in the pool). From the photos on the website, it looks like this place is quite nice - don't be fooled. Unless you are staying in the suites, it's a dive. We came up to the Cape for the weekend, and are most familiar with the mid-cape area, so that's where we looked. This place sounded great and accepted dogs - a must.... more
