Pier 7 was cute, convenient, clean, and had the nicest activity directors! We don't usually participate in condo activities, but these gals baked cranberry bread, hosted a $2 pancake breakfast, & directed some really cool craft projects by the indoor pool! We were provided free passes to four great beaches nearby. We had an excellent time on the Cape!

We stayed at Pier 7 in early August and loved it. We had read previous reviews when we first started looking for a place to stay on Cape Cod and really didn't like what we read. Then we read that they had recently remodeled all the rooms. With that in mind, I called to ask some questions. I had to... More

Pier 7 is a nice smaller place to stay. It is very clean, there are outside grills to cook on if you want, an indoor pool and jacuzzi and a small pirate ship for smaller kids to play on outside. The resort has beautiful flowers in the warmer months. There is also a pingpong table for anyone interested. It is... More

I realize that some timeshare people expect high end furnishings. I can also see where there are some things in the rooms that need to be updated, but I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I would come back again. The 2 rooms we had fit 3 of us very well. We had 2 full bathrooms to use and... More

We just returned from a week at Pier 7 Condominiums. I found this property through Veterans Holidays. It is an older place but was remodeled last year and is very comfortable, clean and the staff is very helpful. It was a great base for our day trips in the Cape Cod area, Martha's Vineyard, Boston, and New Port, Rhode Island.... More

I say surprise because my wife and I had read the reviews of outdated rooms and under renovation. We booked Pier 7 for a week, simply as a basecamp for our adventures in Boston and on the Cape. We were far from disappointed. As a place to sleep and unpack your car, it was perfect for us. The new furnishings... More

We stayed here as a last minute, and only, choice left in Cape Cod from our timeshare exchange options. Its not the worst place to stay at, especially with so many places and beaches to visit in Cape Cod. However, the decor and features are a little dated. Also, there is an adjoining door in the back of the room... More

It's about a mile from the beach and the harbor it's next to is a dredged out wide spot. But it's clean and quiet. Solid modern construction so its not a fleabag. Well maintained but a postage stamp kitchen and bath.

There are may good reviews for this place but Pier 7 certainly did not meet our expectations. My wife and I just completed a trip that took us through the Cape, up to Maine and finishing in the White Mountains of Vermont. Our ten day journey included hotels, motels, bed and breakfast and a Pier 7 Condo. The marketing folks... More
