The resort is filthy, rundown (you really wonder where the maintenance fees go), unpleasant. We were there for a tour and sales pitch, and couldnt get out fast enough.

When I went to Oak 'n Spruce I had a exellent time there because they had a mini arcade, movie theatre, inside and outside pools. And they had good food and the rooms were like a 5 star hotel room with kitchenette. I strongly recemend it. And I lived in Mass so it was in a good location.

I took some colleagues with me to my timeshare (my first time there) and it was horrible. The room was moldy, the furniture was falling apart, the TV was from the 80's and you had to rent a DVD player (not free). The front desk (check in) had a lot to be desired, they acted like they did not want... More

Don't go here. Period. The resort is being updated because it has lousy facilities, and if you go onto the website reviews of their sister hotel - Patriot Suites - you'll see that the new construction was done cheaply by obviously a terrible construction company! This is where they'll place timeshare visitors for their "free vacation" and its not picturesque,... More

I must say after reading the reviews about Oak and Spruce I was a bit nervous about staying there, but, the 2 bdrm condo we rented was lovely, very spacious with one queen and one king, VERY CLEAN and I would definiltely go back again!. The staff go out of there way to make your stay a wonderful one! I... More

Not for seniors. No elevators to third level. Have to pay for DVD player/movie. No coffee free, No internet in room (wifi) (Important to me). Computer room in area BUT NOT IN ROOM, no washer/dryer in room. Again, nearby but not in building, TVs very small. No stall shower and nothing to hold on to step into bath/shower. Once silly... We have been going to Oak n' Spruce for 6 years. While I have thoroughly enjoyed my visits, some of them have only worked because I stuck to my guns and made them give me a more suitable room. There are older units which, if the health department was notified, would be shut down for mold. The carpets and furniture... More

We stayed at the Oak N Spruce in September 2009. The timing is odd since it is too late for summer activity and too early for foliage (not that leaves are an interest since we live in New England) or winter activities. But, at least the Big E was within a resonable drive. Overall, the place offers us city folk... More

We found the Oak 'N Spruce to be a very good experience overall. The service at check-in was very polite and quick. The room we booked was a single and when we arrived at our room we were delighted to discover it was a townhouse-style suite. While an older building, the rooms were very neat and clean. Evidently the managers... More
