room was clean. bed was comfortable. off-season price was very good. owners were very polite. within a few miles of places to eat. the only thing that I would have liked to have was a desk to do some work. the refrigerator, microwave and TV worked well.

Stayed just one night and was very pleased with the level of cleanliness. The room was bright and of a nice size. Easy to get to beaches and the towns of Harwichport and Chatham. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. Lighting wattage needs to be upgraded.
