The hotel room and bathroom facilities were perfect for our needs. A group of 14 on a family trip from Ireland . The front desk staff were helpful and had no problem in arranging taxis for us or in contacting the courtesy bus when we needed it. The pool and hot tub were lovely and always clean on the occasions... more

I really disappointed about the service of front office staffs in this hotel. They are totally not helpful to the guests. The communication is also suck they charge money from my account even i already cancelled the reservation as they wanted me to do so. I will never comback this hotel. The room look small and old carpet. The smell... more

We had a revservation with this hotel for a non-smoking room for one night. When we checked in at about 6:30 pm, the front desk told us there is only has smoking room available. We checked the smoking room, the smell was strong, we can't stay there for one night, we asked the front desk to make change, they told... more

Stayed for one night. Were able to check in early. Free parking a plus for most hotels charge. Hotel on outskirts of Boston, however close to the Orange T Line. ($2.00 pp) and does not take that long to get into city. Very convienant. Room and restaurant were nice and clean. (Food not bad) Staff pleasant.. Only one minor complaint.... more

My family of 5 stayed here for 2 nights and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is conveniently located 10 minutes from the orange line T, only 3 or 4 stops from downtown. The hotel is quite nice, and parking is free. Great value. The neighborhood is not particularly nice, but seemed reasonably safe. Because there are very few retail... more

I recommend this hotel. It is clean, safe and a good value. My husband and children and I stayed for two nights and had a good experience. The pool and hot tub were essential for my kids. The hotel is 2 1/2 blocks from the T. The only drawback and its a minor one, is that there really isn't any... more

I went to Boston Sept 17-21 and we stayed at this hotel. They very nicely accomodated our extremely early check in and gave us all the info we needed to navigate the city. The room was VERY clean and fancy, compared to the surrounding area. No lies, the hotel is not in the greatest area but I am from Buffalo... more

I stayed at this hotel recently for three nights - and was pleasantly surprised! All of the hotels within walking distance to the attractions in Boston were either sold out or outrageously priced. I found this hotel for about $130/night - just outside of Boston in Somerville, MA. Where is Somerville you say? Well, it is just a ten minute... more

We have been for two nights at this Hotel and everything was OK but they hosts a Brazilian music festival which was performed in a neighbour parking lot with a so high noisy that was impossible to speak in our seventh level room. Breakfast is not included and to get downtown Boston you have to pass a Harvard degree on... more

This is a well run, solid hotel. Good rooms, bathrooms and restaurant. However the area is a little run down. It's safe but there is nothing in the area to do, see, or go to eat. If you have a car, it's not a problem. I used the subway, and it's a five minute walk to the T which is... more
