Glad this was only an overnight trip here. Don't expect much. The place needs a thorough updating. The small bath was old, with lots of old, dirty caulking around the tub. Only 1 soap to use between the 2 sinks (one outside the bathroom) and the tub so go easy on it! Carpet felt greasy and dirty. Whoever thought of... more

It's hard to find a dog friendly hotel in the Fall River/New Bedford area. This hotel is a good choice. Somerset is very close and a decent town. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Right on the river. They have a $50 security deposit for pets but don't charge you once they check the room right before you leave. There's... more

Our one-night stay at this hotel was one night too long. The hotel is in desperate need of refurbishing. The carpets in the hallways are buckling and need cleaning. Our room was dark and the funishings showed years of hard use. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling. The security lock on the door was barely held with loose screws.... more

I stayed here on business for several months of 5 day stretches, stayed in many of the rooms and never had a problem except for one room that smelled like puke, no fault of theirs though, and they took care of it. Nice exc. room with one TM, bike and 2 Nautilus machines, decent pool if you're into that, which... more

This place is the pits. Had non-smoking room on second floor, but hallways reeked of old smoke/mildew whcih worked its way into the room. The bedspread looked disgusting, faded, threadworn making you wonder about the cleanliness of the sheets underneath. We were supposed to stay two nights, but couldn't stand the smell so checked into the Residence Inn in North... more

Breakfast was very good.. hot pancakes, milk, 3 types of juices, 3 varieties of bread.. simply superb. the bathroom was supposed to have whirlpool... i didnt use this either... but looks a little... more

Dumpy hotel - but not a lot of choices in the area. Broken lock on outer building door for after-hours arrivals. Dirty pool water - lots of floating hair, dirty bandaids on pool area floor - eeew! The smell in the hallway was disgusting - like industrial strength cleaning spray trying to cover up cigarette smoke. Dirty carpet in room... more

The hotel corridors and rooms are a dump. The hotel lobby is quite nice but once you get beyond this the rest of the hotel smells like a wet dog. The hotel allows pets and this must be why people stop here. The carpets are very dirty from dogs walking in mud from the play area. We booked a non... more

We stayed at the Quality Inn in Somerset, MA on two occasions in March and April, as it was convenient to our business in the area. The hotel consists of two multi-floor buildings connected by a one-story section housing the pool (very good!) and breakfast room. Our first stay was in the back end of the rear building. That section,... more

We stayed here overnight on our way to Florida. The hotel is a little difficult to find off the 95 interstate. The room was clean but we as well found the hotel smoky. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant next door was EXCELLENT. The pool was large and clean. I probably would not stay here again because we... more
