I have zero complaints about this Quality Inn. If you travel with dogs, get a ground floor room so your sliding glass door opens right out into the grass area. Nice place to walk the dogs, or just sit outside and enjoy the weather. The breakfast food was good and all of the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I... More

Went to Massachusetts to explore some historical sites. We just needed a centrally located place to sleep and shower, which is what we got. The front desk staff was pleasant and friendly and accommodating to my husband with a broken leg. The room was your basic hotel room; it had a microwave, frig, and hairdryer. The hotel did have a... Our room was on the second floor and it smelled like bleach and cigarette smoke. The room itself was a little small and there was an audible hum. The sound insulation was poor also. I was in a room that my brother stayed in on the first floor and that was larger and brighter with no bad smell. The free... More

We stayed here as a team for a local softball tournament. We couldn't wait to take showers after having everyone on the fields all day, but after showering felt even dirtier. Bathrooms were not clean, towels were not clean and the hand towel had been used by someone other than our family. The floors didn't look vacuumed in a long... More

have stayed at this hotel many times and it progressively gets worse. I always book a non smoking room, but the room smells horribly like cigarettes, and if you try to open the sliding door to air it out, you're sure to get a bunch of cigarette smoke blowing in your door from someone on a nearby balcony smoking. The... More

There were issues off the bat; my intended room was on the second floor. No elevator and I had a very heavy suitcase. The girl at the desk immediately suggested the "Executive Building". Turned out this was sketchier. I had booked a non smoking room, but the one I ended up in was definitely a smoking room. As I am... More

This Inn is located right off 195 located right on a river (Lee River) which has nice view and good for fishing but has no beach Hotel provides chairs on small landing outside rooms on the west side for river gazing.. Has good restaurant(Jillian's) sharing the parking lot which serves an award winning chowder and has a very active, popular... More

I think this place has changed hands a couple of times. No matter, any new owners still won't budget the right amount of money to service their customers correctly. Otherwise, you would not see dirty linens, cracked, lamp shades, stains, filthy carpeting, etc., etc. They pocket and enjoy the profits of everything, while the name and reputation of their own... We have stayed here several times before since it is near relatives. Up until this last visit, we thought it pretty comparable to other motels in the same price range. Unfortunately, we're going to have to downgrade our rating. All carpeting is very badly in need of a deep cleaning. Cleaning staff are all very pleasant & I have no... More

I was traveling from PA to to Fall River to see the Lizzie Borden house. I stayed at this hotel because it literally was the only hotel within a 20 mile radious that had a room available at 1am. When we first got there (there was 5 of us) right away we spotted sketchy people hanging outside the front. After... More
