We recently stayed at Johnson & Wales Inn in Seekonk. The room was very clean and comfortable. We found that the staff and the people working in various areas of the Inn went out of their way to serve any needs that we might encounter. The restaurant food was delicious. We would recommend this Inn very highly.

My husband and I spent one night at the inn for the first time. We can understand why it was highly recommended from the beginning to the end. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. Our suite was clean and inviting with the most comfortable bed. We would recommend this inn to anyone of our family or friends.

I am bafffled by the bad reviews... this is a hotel that has a great pricepoint, near a great city, that never claimed tobe a five star resort. Why are people holding it to that caliber? I would never rate a 5 start restaurant the same as an olive garden, come on people.... First off the staff could not be more... More

If you are looking for a clean room, friendly knowledgeable staff and a pretty good restaurant, this is the place. Only two detractors 1) I updated my GPS for this trip and put in the address from the Garmin list. It took me past the hotel (luckily I noticed the sign as I was passing) to the other side of... We arrived late to this hotel and they had given our original room away. They "upgraded" us to a different room that was really a vacant apartment. It was a loverly room...too big for our family of 4 for one night...but it was gorgeous with 2 baths, a kitchen, living room area...however the kicker was...it was on the 3rd floor... More

We had a very comfortable stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary continental breakfast was very good. The air conditioner rattled a bit, but when we informed the front desk, they were very apologetic and sent someone to fix it. I would recommend this hotel as a nice place to stay for the low rates they... More

They turned off the heat and the temp went down - the second night they gave me a heater and it was better. The breakfast was wonderful each day, with a different hot dish - french toast, pancakes, Italian bread french toast, cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, drinks. Really nice. I would stay there again. BUT - this is very... More

This review reflects my recent participation in a semninar at the Inn. The Inn is quite dated and not exceptionally clean despite the management response dated in February of 2011. I find it hard to believe that there was a million dollar renovation of bathrooms. Most of the lower half of the stalls in the men's bathrooms on the main... More

Please allow me to clarify, the bathroom renovations were to the guest room bathrooms completed in May 2010. The public bathrooms are being renovated but not all of them have been addressed at this time. I apologize for the issues that you encountered during your function at the Inn. You will be pleased to know that our air conditioning unit... More

Visited this motel during family weekend at Johnson & Wales University. The rate was good since it was tied into the school weekend. After reading reviews here I was so pleasantly surprised when we found our nice clean room very inviting, there was nothing old or worn about it. Free wifi is always a plus for our family. welcoming spotless... More

My husband and I stayed at the Johnson and Wales for two nights while on a personal trip. The hotel, while older, is very well kept and managed. The room had a "home-feel" about it and was charming. Our room had a separate living area with a fold-out couch for our teenage son. The breakfast was hot and very tasty... More
