We were very impressed with the property. Everyone working there was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the complementary continental breakfast which offered a wide variety of foods. The entire hotel has recently been renovated. Our room with double beds was comfortable, clean and fresh. They have not renovated the bathrooms, but plan to do so soon. The only error... more

When comparing other reviews to my experience, I see that there must be a new or renovated section to this hotel and we must have stayed in the old section. I chose this hotel because of the good rate I got through Expedia - $92 - but if I do it again, I will reserve through the hotel itself and... more

I was not impressed with this hotel. Although our room was large and clean, the lobby and hallways smelled horrible, which I attributed to the carpeting. They need to close down for a couple of weeks and either clean or replace all of the carpeting in the public areas. They could also improve on their amenities; two days we were... more

Our room was recently updated and was great. Plenty of space and comfortable. The service was super. You can tell the students really try hard and are well trained. The food was great in Audreys. The hotel offered a lot of service and a great place to stay and eat for the price. Gourmet food for the price of may... more

After a day in Newport, RI we headed home to Massachusetts but it got late so on the spur of the moment, we decided to stay overnight someplace. DID WE LUCK OUT! We found the Johnson and Wales Inn in Seekonk, MA and were lucky enough to secure a room without a reservation! What a find! The moment we entered... more

Stayed here 2 nights in an executive suite room number 250. We had a great room. It was very clean, and very.very large! Two double beds and a pullout sofa. The sitting area was huge, it had a micro and a refrig. There were 4 (yes 4) easy chairs in the room! The bathroom was huge and there was plenty... more

In my 53 years, this was one of my most dreadful motel experiences. I recommend this motel if you are deaf, but if you are a sentient human being with hearing, slamming doors, terrible soundproofing and weddings and other affairs that run into all hours of tha night will make this a terrible experience for you also. This Inn seems... more

Overall, we we very disappointed with our stay at Johnson and Wales Inn. It was overpriced for what you got and a bit deceptive in their advertising. When we arrived we were greeted by a nice looking lobby that had a slight odor of dog urine to it. Our room was large ,slight lack of decoration, but big enough that... more

The hotel is very nice . The carpeting in the banquet entrance could use a cleaning but it is well maintained. We had a room at the back on the 4th floor. We liked the fact you could open the window. They had a small laundry room which came in handy. We had a small continetal breakfast included in the... more
