We had a wonderful 5 day stay with the innkeepers Bill and Eleanora. They love what they do and it shows. Nothing was too much trouble and with their help and excellent directions we travelled all over the area, including venturing on the train to Boston! The peaceful location and home comforts gave us a wonderful opportunity to relax especially... more

If you're looking for a nice place to stay near Providence, RI that doesn't charge you an outrageous amount, try the Historic Jacob Hill Inn. It is in a wonderfully quiet location in a residential neighborhood. The owners have restored the house and the barn into well appointed rooms that are impeccably maintained, furnished with antiques, and beautifully decorated. Incredible attention... more

We planned a little excape get away for my dad's 60th birthday to New England and stayed at the Jacob Hill Inn. We were so happy we did! The Inn is so adorable, comfortable, very clean and you feel right at home here. The Inn keepers thought of every little extra detail you would want! There were snacks and drinks... more

It is a beautiful old farm. Bill and Eleanor have done a fantastic job of turning it into top notch B & B. The rooms are beautiful and quaint. At night the beds are turned down and chocolates are left in a tray on the bed along with a note telling you what is for breakfast. Breakfast every morning were... more

We were so pampered. Every room was wonderful and the common areas spacious and comfortable. The breakfasts were great and the grounds beautiful. We were even given individual appetizer plates on arrival. Looking forward to returning just to relax. more

This is the place to stay if you want to explore Providence and the South Coast. Delightful owners with a magic touch. Dream bedrooms and baths in an old Barn restored with precision and flair, and an old farm house which was a fox-hunting club. Very old money and simple elegance. Complete and encyclopedic satisfaction from the greeting to the... more

We simply loved our five days and nights at Jacob HIll Inn. Core to the expereince was our beautifually appointed and comfortable room, the loving, and thoughtful service of the innkeepers, (their thoughtful guidance was more accurage than our newly accquired GPS), the delicious food and spectular views from the high point of Jacob Hill. We flew home from Providence... more

We decided to take a quick getaway for a couple of days during spring break, also looking for off-season rates. We looked on-line at some places near Providence RI and stayed at the Jacob Hill Inn in Seekonk, Mass. We were not expecting an "in-person" greeting but we did receive one which was very ncie! The inn is just beautifully... more

This is our fifth stay and the magic is still there! We always enjoy our stays at Jacob Hill Inn! We spent another Thanksgiving here and again had a great time. The warmth "engulfs you" as you enter the Inn and you are immediately "at home". Eleonora and Bill greet you with a smile and a sincere welcome. They always... more

Historic Jacob Hill Inn was just the right refuge I needed during a bitter cold, rainy February trip to visit college campuses in the area with my 17 year old daughter. The engaging, kind and thoughtful owners, Bill and Eleonora, are devoted to their property and their guests. The rooms are beautiful. Every need you could have has been anticipated... more
