My wife and I spent three nights at the Jacob Hill Inn in Sekonk, Massachusetts. Our stay was very enjoyable. Bill and Eleanora met us when we came in, provided a wonderful welcome with a tour of the Inn, and provided us with a glass of wine and a cheese platter for later. The in was built in 1723 and... We loved staying at the Jacob Hill Inn! As soon as we arrived, we were greeted warmly by Bill and given a tour of this lovely property. Our room was large, beautiful and perfect and even had a mural of the Inn and surroundings. The bed was super comfortable! The breakfast was delicious and served in the beautifully renovated barn... Jacob Hill Inn is a mere 12min drive to Brown University despite having a physical address in Seekonk, MA. Perfect for our visit to our daughter at Brown. The Inn is a testament to the labour of love of Bill and Eleonora. Every attention to detail has been carefully thought through and our stay was most comfortable. Our perfect hosts... More

We stayed at Jacobs Inn in June 2014, and it was a great place to stay. We had relatives come to visit and had a great picnic on their fantastic grounds, complete with pool, gazebo and a beautifully done "blue bottle tree". The history of the Inn and the historical restoration is amazing. We highly recommend this Inn to anyone who... More

It was such a pleasure seeing all of you enjoying our property for a good old fashioned picnic. It made us imagine how it was like when this property held the big historic horse shows, people came from all over to sit on the lawn as your family did. So glad we preserved the large open space and it did... More

The Jacob Hill Inn is on a lovely piece of quiet land, yet less than 15 minutes to downtown Providence. The Inn is very well presented and maintained. The owners are a charming couple who clearly have figured out how to be great hosts. The Inn is an easy 45 minute drive to Newport, and perhaps an hour from Boston.... More

My first B&B experience traveling solo and it was heaven! Bill greeted me warmly like I was an old friend. I was amazed that he had done so much of the restoration of this historical and charming Inn himself. My room (The Tiffany) with a canopied bed was beautiful and peaceful. Each morning Bill and El served a healthy nutritious... More

We were happy to be able to accommodate you. It is a difficult thing to travel alone especially when you have to drive to a wedding by yourself. Fortunately we are just a mile from the Five Bridge Farm in Rehoboth they do a wonderful job on weddings. Thank you for the glowing review we look forward to your return... More

This place was absolutely beautiful! The experience was just as comfortable as the beds, and Bill & Elanora made us feel like family as soon as driving in. They welcomed us with a glass of wine, with full handshakes, big smiles and a full tour! They also offered free cheese/meat plates, cookies & a top shelf breakfast in the mornings...... More

Historic Jacob Hill Inn is a charming B&B, just a short 10-minute drive from downtown Providence RI. Innkeepers Bill and Eleanora warmly greeted us and were attentive to our every need. They recommended restaurants (and made reservations for us!), local sights to see, and antique shops to visit. Our room (The Tiffany Room) was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The... A terrific gem of a B&B. We made a last-minute reservation and were very pleased with our choice. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and shown to a lovely room that was spacious and quite comfortable. The buildings have been beautifully renovated and the proprietors are a charming and very outgoing couple who make you feel most welcome. They gave... More

We were welcomed as soon as we drove in and pampered for several days. In a relaxing setting on a historic property, the Jacob Hill Inn was perfect for our anniversary. It is close to Providence, RI if you want to see "Water fire" events. It was clean, quaint, and beautifully decorated. The plentiful breakfasts had dishes like homemade granola... More
