If you like clean affordable family owned accommodations this is the place for you. Quiet old Cape style central to all Sandwich attractions this place has it all. This was not the first time we've stayed at the Country Acres and we look forward to returning in the off season.

We stayed in this motel at the end of July for one night (I was only going to be on the Cape for 2 nights). I loved this motel. The room was very comfortable-also had a coffee table and sofa. The room was VERY clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Mattress was great. So were pillows. Bathroom very clean... More

There is so much positive to report about Country Acres. It was a surprise. A lovely setting, quiet!, large rooms, felt like a cottage with all the amenities (good size and great functioning bathrooms and shower, frigerator, tv (flat screen)... pool (water is so clean), lovely landscape to walk around. Lovely view of the bay from back of property (view... More

W enjoyed our stay at Country Acres. It was every bit as clean and welcoming as we had anticipated, and staying at a good old family run motel, with guests enjoying sitting on the front stoop enjoying the afternoon, or in the little cupola on the center of the lawn. However, the flat screen tv and microwave in the room... More

We stayed for four nights and had four great nights of sleep. The room is old fashion enough to have a bottle opener on the wall and modern enough to have flat screen TV and great WIFI. While it does have the look of a mid century motel, the room was cozy and clean. The outdoor space was great, lounge... More

The Country Acres Motel on Rte. 6A was very comfortable, very quiet and very relaxing. It was not too far from some good restaurants to get a delicious bite to eat. I love the common green space in the center of the two rows of rooms on either side. We plan to stay there again next year!

Had booked well in advance, but got delayed in Philadelphia airport (weather). Yes/no/yes/no from USAirways as to whether we would get to Boston that night (and therefore to the Cape). Called motel, and, basically told "not to worry." If we made it late, door would be open with key inside; if not, a modest cancellation fee. We called again (and... More

My family and I have stayed at the County Acres Motel during three separate occasions, and each time, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jeff and Becky are most friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are basic but large enough and very clean. We once rented the small cottage and, although it is indeed very small, it was perfect for a... More

I'll try to note some point not covered by other reviews. Having stayed many times at motor inns and motels I was was little apprehensive about a first time multi-night stay, however my fears were unfounded: - We stayed on one of the family rooms. These are spacious and have large windows both front and back. This means one can... More

This was out first stay there. The room was very large so made it nice to move around as we had 3 adults in the x-large one. It was a very pretty area until we opened the shade in our room and saw that the back windows overlooked a cemetary. Had a laugh on that stating that our neighbors would... More
