We stayed for two nights at the Santuit Inn for a wedding in Mashpee. The place is clean and perfectly servicable, but was clearly a dumpy motel before being renovated. They've Pottery-Barn'ed it up, but it's still an exterior entry, one-level, tiny bathroom, low ceiling type of place. more

I stayed at the Inn for 2 nights and found my room to be extremely clean and allergy proof (non-smoking, linens and bedding). The Inn has been recently renovated and is small but is worth staying at.
