We stayed for a weekend in the worst seasonal weather I have encountered since moving to Boston 15 years ago. We were treated royally and accepted like lifelong friends creating warmth in the blizzard conditions. Our hosts had only recently taken ownership of the Inn and were born for it! I will be back in the very near future to... More

We stayed here recently while in Rockport for a wedding. The innkeepers, Ted and Jen, were welcoming and we really enjoyed our stay. It was snowing on the night of the wedding and Ted went the extra mile by driving us to and from the wedding reception. The inn is very quaint and we can't wait to come back and... More

My husband and I have been to this B&B three times and this visit was by far our most memorable! The new owners Jen and Ted are friendly, welcoming and so full of energy! Our purpose was to get some R&R on our anniversary weekend as our first visit was when we were first married 7 years ago. We had... More

Destination was to Rockport to relax and visit with friends. Great service and amazing, clean rooms. Stayed here several times (Lucy's Room, Rockport Room), and it always gets harder to leave (especially because of the breakfasts). Living room/lounge has the best reading nook and couches, and the terrace is excellent on a sunny day. Perfect distance from the shops, restaurants,... More

We were given a warm welcome by the owner. We got the last available room and the next day everything was sold out in advance, so it's clearly a popular place. The B & B is well maintained and in good English style. One of the oldest houses in town. There is a cozy living room where we sat in... More

I stayed here with a friend on route to an Audubon trip to Maine and New Brunswick. It was so nice, we decided to stay for an additional night at the conclusion of the Audubon trip. The inn keepers are wonderful along with our room (the crow's nest) and breakfast. Restaurants and shops are a short walk away. I would... More

This was our first ever experience staying at a B&B and it couldn't have been better! Jan was a great host! We stayed in "Lucy's Room" and it was very comfortable. We had our own mini refrigerator and own bathroom, that included Bathrobes. Keurig Coffee was available in the dining room at all times, as well as port wine and... More

By all measures; friendly, charming, clean, historically interesting, good food, great ambience, proximity to local sites this is a five star experience. If you like Rockport you couldn't make a better choice.

Rockport (MA)...... first time, late at night, lost. Have to make the call we can not find it. Guess what.. No problem at all. With a bit of help we arrived some hours later and what a welcome. We felt at home the moment we entered this charming B&B. Great hosts, room and breakfast. And what a good spot to... More

Four of us arrived on a rainy, chilly spring night to cosy rooms. Jan kindly called down to The Blue Lobster, a short drive down the road, to hold the door open for dinner. She also gave us a bottle of wine and some beer since the restaurant does not have a liquor license. The next morning she refused to... More
