My girlfriend and I stayed at the Pleasant Street Inn over Thanksgiving weekend. In a nutshell we had a wonderful time. The inn is charming, and within walking distance to downtown Rockport. I had read the other (negative) reviews on TripAdvisor before making the reservation, so I have to admit I was a little concerned but those concerns turned out... more

My friend and I made our first trip to Rockport and our first stay at the Pleasant Street Inn this past weekend. I'm sure it will be the first of many visits back to the area and most definitely the Pleasant Street Inn. I've read some reviews where the innkeepers were described as less than friendly - my impression is... more

My husband and I stayed at the Pleasant Street Inn for just one night over Labor Day Weekend --- and we were happy that we did not waste any more money than that one night! When we arrived, one of the innkeepers, Lynne, greeted us with a harsh "CAN I HELP YOU?" --- as if we didn't belong there even... more

This is a very attractive B&B in an upgraded victorian with an attractive front poarch and garden. The inn is located within easy walking distance to Bearskin Neck shops and the local beach. We have been staying with Lynn and Roger over the 4th of July weekend for probably 13 or 14 years and have always found them welcoming and... more

Nice location in town with lovely front porch for relaxing and dining, comfortable and private room (stayed in room 7, quiet corner room with enough space for two) and very clean. Breakfast was simple with homemade muffins, fruit and cold cereal. Hosts were friendly and accomodating and the price was very fair for peak season. Walking and biking distance to... more

We did not even stay at the Pleasant Street Inn because after booking a reservation for one nite (booked on July 7th, for August 11th stay) they called me Aug. 6 to say that they overbooked for that nite. How is this my problem? I called more than one month in advance. We were only staying the one nite because... more

My husband and I stayed at this hotel July 2007 for 4 days. Throughout our stay we were made to feel as if we were imposing. The guests were always being watched. One night I decided to be considerate & pick up some empty glasses from the front porch and quietly place them in the sink, and I was reprimanded... more

The Inn is located very close to the charming harbor-town of Rockport, MA. The rooms are clean and everything is well maintained. However, the manner in which we were addressed by the Innkeepers was harsh and not very appropriate for people paying to stay at an Inn and making efforts to be social and friendly guests. more

Suggestivo!
