I had to go there because I didn't make any reservation and it was a busy WE. This was a very expensive place, and the room was smelling bad. The swimming-pool + jaccuzzi were even worse, you don't want to go there. The two points I give are for the lady at the front desk, she was so nice and... More

We stayed here for four nights at the beginning of our first trip to New England. We drove here from Boston airport in about an hour and found it easily. The hotel is ideally positioned within walking distance of beautiful Rockport. The room was big enough for the us and our two boys. The fridge and coffee machine were very... More

We liked this hotel but it wasn't quite what we hoped for. Tracy (?) on the front desk was great, but unfortunately the room wasn't clean - over the 3/4 days there was always dust on the furniture, the carpets weren't cleaned properly, toilet roll wasn't replaced etc etc. The breakfast was free which was a nice touch but it... Traveling with a 90-year-old, my wife and I checked into 2 adjoining rooms, Front desk staff was very friendly, and our rooms (both handicapped Kings) were right off the lobby, which made it very convenient. Rooms were clean and well-equipped, and quiet at night, Breakfast in the morning was great, combination of packaged goods (yogurt, muffins) and custom-cooked (waffles, sausage).... More

This hotel is located close to the town of Rockport and was a great place stay on Cape Ann. The rooms were good and the hotel included a nice breakfast. It is located across from a park and ride location with shuttle service into Rockport center ($1/ride). Although the hotel offered a pool and tennis courts we spent most of... More

I am careful about posting negative reviews, and it generally takes more than one thing for me to do so. This is a nice enough property, offering a decent breakfast and decent bedding. Negatives we encountered: a) Housekeeping very poor during our stay--crumbs on table, coffee stains (just a few, I had rinsed most out) in the sink, no or... More

We decided to stay in season in Rockport at the Rockport Inn, which is close to this very New Englandly charming town and Harbor. We extended our stay as we found it to be an extremely pleasant place. The desk clerk, Jennifer's suggestions were very helpful. The hotel is well run thanks to Matthew the general manager who keeps a... More

Stayed for 2 nights with 2 teenagers. Excellent base, Rockport harbour is 12 minutes walk away. Had Queen double bed, spacious, excellent shower, fridge and coffee making facilities. Continental breakfast included. Indoor swimming pool and tennis courts on site. Biggest asset of the hotel is the friendly and accommodating staff. Felt very relaxed here, can highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed 2 nights, Monday and Tuesday and got a special deal of $268.00 including a breakfast. The Inn is clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are very, very small. Apparently the Inn has been remodeled and the new owners were not able to access the underground piping to expand the bathroom so like I said the bathrooms are tiny. It... More
