We just stayed at one of the most charming B&B's in Rockport...the Seacrest Manor! The consistently excellent reviews are accurate. We have stayed at a number of bed and breakfasts, but never have we had such a gracious and caring host. Pat runs a first class manor and is always aware of what might make your stay more enjoyable. She... More

The inn is located on the quiet Marmion Way in a large old mansion with an expansive garden. Pat was the most gracious hostess. Every evening we sat up on the ocean-facing roof deck to drink our cocktails. Pat always brought us a tray with snacks, glasses for our drinks, and a little bouquet of flowers. Breakfast was served restaurant-style... More

A friend and I booked at the Seacrest based on other reviews and it came up to all expectations. We had the two room "suite" at the end of the hall and it was perfect. Pat could not have been more gracious, accommodating and friendly. The flowers, grounds, fellow guests, and weather made it a perfect place to stay.

Spent the last night of our anniversary trip to New England at Seacrest Manor. The innkeeper and staff could not have been more pleasant, and the property is terrific. In a quiet, mostly residential neighborhood about a mile walk to the harbor area which was perfect for us. The grounds are expansive with beautiful large shade trees and amazing lighthouse... More

We consider the Seacrest Manor the definitive destination! I have been visiting B & Bs in Rockport, more specifically, Marmion Way since childhood and I can tell you that the Seacrest Manor embodies all the necessary qualities to a truly authentic Cape Ann retreat. The house itself is impeccably kept, the grounds are expansive, beautiful and immaculate, and the most... More

We've stayed in several Rockport B&B's but never anything like Seacrest Manor. There is striking elegance within the meticulously kept house and amidst the gardens outside. The generosity, grace and attentiveness of Pat and her helpers are of a quality rarely encountered. Perhaps it's because of them that at Seacrest Manor, interesting conversations among the guests so readily flower into... More

What can possibly be said or added to? This is simply one of the most charming, enjoyable, warmest best b&b's you could ever visit. My only regret is that we had to check out yesterday after only one night to come home. I felt that we were home. Ann, your innkeeper, is beyond gracious. She is so unbelievably sweet and... More

We spent 2 lovely and very quiet evenings at the Seacrest. Pat, whose reputation seems to precede her based on many reviews, truly is warm and welcoming as described. Snag room #7 if you can to have a view of the lighthouse on Thatcher Island. Breakfast is simple and tables dressed with all the right embellishments to show you are... More

We stayed at the Seacrest Inn before and I knew we would return!! We were there this weekend and it was great. We went to see a show at Shalin Lui Performance Center with friends. Pat is so welcoming and made us all feel very much at home!! The rooms were perfect and the grounds are spectacular. Every room is... More

This was perhaps the best stay I've had at a B&B! The innkeeper could not have been more pleasant or thoughtful. There were so many small touches that made my stay enjoyable. The breakfasts were delicious, the bed was quote comfortable and the views were spectacular. This is the sort of place that you would want to return to again... More
