I am still thinking of my stay last week as it was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had traveling for a long time. Marie was a lovely hostess after I had spent the week at a conference in a fancy hotel with no charm in Boston. Her house is beautifully decorated with period furniture, and my room was... More

Affordable, abundant food. Comfort. This stay was the best in Rockport experience. We asked about local flavor and every morning were given highlights in the locale of things we might not want to miss. The house is a part of the Rockport history that we came to experience. Yes the house is old. In keeping of Rockport. NEW was NOT... More

Yuletide Inn was charming with a very accommodating hostess at a very affordable cost. The 1800 house had a charm that a motel can't offer, which added a quaint quality to our vacation experience. The canopy beds had the most comfortable soft supportive mattresses I ever slept on. A fresh delicious breakfast (french toast, waffles, eggs, bacon, fruity yogurt, and... More

We booked our trip based on the reviews we saw on here. We were hoping for the best, but got the worst. We do not usually book the "cheapest" option, and this is the exact reason why. You really get what you pay for. The good 1-Marie is very nice and helpful. 2- The price is great. 3-The location is... More

We have been coming to the Rockport area since 2003 and stayed in a few very nice places prior to 2005 when we discovered the Yuletide Inn..just came home from our 8th year there ..need I say more? There is only 1 other place we liked as much and that was in Conn..where hosts and the B and B were... More

The Yuletide Inn was everything we could wish for. Great room, very quiet neighbourhood, superb and plentiful breakfast buffet. Marie is a lovely, caring host, and we really enjoyed her company, and that of her two little dogs! Our only regret was to stay only one night at her place. The best bed and breakfast of our whole trip in New... More

Marie operates a B&B that feels like home, not like an inn. It's very comfortable (especially the beds) and cozy. The Christmas theme is interspersed throughout the home, but subtle (as previous reviewers stated). Interior furnishings and decor are a colonial/primitive style, which fits the home's colonial-style architecture. Room and adjoining bath were clean, but I would not say white... More

We booked all 4 rooms last year for a weekend wedding based on the reviews and that each room had its own bathroom without visiting. It was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent spread with waffles with hot syrup, egg casserole, bacon, peach cobbler, fresh fruit and we all liked the yogurt made with Marie's special... More

My parents and I stayed here and Marie offered to give me an air mattress. However, when we got there she decided to give me my entire own room! Her breakfasts were SO delicious: egg casseroles, cheesy potatoes, bacon, sausage, melon, strawberries, yogurt parfaits, french toast, pancakes, tea, and coffee. Marie, the innkeeper, was kind and friendly. she even typed... More

Only have positive to say. Won't find better quality price. Feel at home. Just a bit outside the town, no crowd and noise : 5 minute walk to attractions, perfectly located. I have back problems and was glad that bed was very comfy. X-mas decorations show they've been put in place since long but Marie is so nice that at... More
